3. Alpha's First Impression

Alpha Marco Hall, sat looking at his computer screen. He is still studying several land agreements. Since two days ago, some of his residents have applied for additional housing, which automatically requires new land. All the land in his territory has the status of the Hall family, and Marco is the only successor to the family who has full power over it.

If there is new house construction or repair, Alpha Marco will pay for it. The Mendes family transfer documents are on the screen. He thought back to his meeting with the family two days ago.
