"We should wait for Theo until he comes—"

"I am here."

They all reflexively turned towards the source of the sound, finding Theo standing in front of the open door, looking a little tired compared to before. The man sauntered into the salon room, before plunging his body down on the chair while letting out a long breath.

"I am sorry for making you two wait for me. It takes me a lot of time to put Bianca to sleep," complained Theo as he loosened his tie and unbuttoned his neck, revealing a long neck with skin that looked much paler than all of them.

From his observations, it was clear that Theo looked much thinner, having lost a significant amount of weight, creating apprehension within him. As far as she knew, ever since she knew and learned the supernatural world and met Karl and Stephen, she always found Theo in a life-and-death situation.

"Do you want to eat cookies?"

"Feed me," Theo said plainly, opening his mouth wide. "My hands will not move, like overcooked spaghetti, you know?
