Chapter two

(Zira POV)

"What do you think you are doing Michael? Where you are planning on attacking a female off your land?"

"This is none of your concern Seth. Mind your own business pretty boy."

I looked over my shoulder see the guy that has been watching me the guy with the boyish face behind me did not look happy toward Mick.

"I suggest you just walk away to where you belong."

"Not until I get my money back from her."

Mick growled at me, but before Seth could react to that the guy behind the bar was already next toy us.

"What is going on Mike? You better not hit a female in my bar, or I will band you from here."

"This female took my money, Gab."

The guy looked over at me with a confused look.

"Did you? Did you take this mans money?"

"I did not take it, I won it in a pool game."

"She tricked me."

He growled even louder than before, and I had to act like I did not know what was going on. A normal person would be confused in such a situation like this and I had to pretend to be one. Seth lower his lips to my ear.

"It is alright little one; I will protect you from him."

"Alright Mike, what I am understanding is that you made a bet on a pool game and you lost. So, if you cannot behave, I suggest that you leave my bar."

"But Gab."

"No Mike, either behave yourself or I will get a hold of Gareth to escort you out of the bar."

"Fine, I will leave but little girl this is far from over."

He just stormed out of the bar and I am thinking to myself that it might be best that I leave in the morning. I try to move but Seth still had his arms around my waist but let go of me when I started to move around.

"I am sorry, I do not know why I felt that need to protect you. It is not like you are my mate, I mean friend or something."

"It is alright, but I need to get going."

"Let me walk you to your car, just to make sure that Mike indeed left, and you will not get hurt."

"Alright then."

"What is your name little one."

"Zira."

We both walked over to my car as Seth investigated the back seat to make sure there was no one in there. I keep a blanket back there for if I can not afford a room that I will need to sleep in the car. I can see that he had a worry look on his face.

"Zira, are you sleeping in your car tonight?"

"No, I have a room in a lodge that's not too far away from here."

"Do you ever have to sleep in your car? You do not have a place or family to go too?"

I do not want to get into this with him. I do not have any family and getting pity from him will just make me feel worse.

"I really need to get going. It is really getting late and I would like to get something to eat."

"Alright then, but here is my phone number and my address in case you need something. I mean anything you will need big or small please give me a call anytime."

"Thank you, Seth."

I grabbed the piece of paper with the info on it and got into my car to head to the lodge. I decide on the way back that I will order my meal there. I do not do that very often if not at all, but with the money I won I thought why not. I get into the room and found Nisha sleeping on the bed. She picked her head to make sure that it was me that enter the room. I went straight to the phone to order a porter house steak rare, roasted potato, sweet corn, sweet tea, and a caramel apple pie. I told them to knock on the door and leave the meal there. I then jumped into the shower for a quick wash and get into my pjs. I went through my nightly stuff and I put on my Guns and Roses shirt and a black lace underwear. I walk out to see that Nisha is still on the bed. I get the rest of my stuff ready to go first thing in the morning. It was a good thing that I did not get everything out of my car yet. I wanted to watch a little bit of TV while eating my food I did not feel like watching mushy crap and was not in the mood for comedy now. I decide to watch the movie The Joker. There was knock on the door and I grad my rob because my outfit was a little reveling. I open the door to find David on the other side. What ever happen to leave it by the door.

"Wow, are you the multitasker."

"I do not usually do this, but when I heard Ted was brining this to your room, so I decide I wanted to take it instead."

"And why would you do that, David?"

"I was hoping to see you again."

"Well ok, you seen me now. Now I am going to take my food because I have an early day tomorrow."

"Alright, I will be off work tomorrow and if you are not too busy. Maybe I could show you around the area."

"Well, I will keep that in mind. Thanks David and have a good night."

Finally, I get him to leave so I can eat in peace. I did not finish it all, but that is why there is a small fridge inside the room. I head for bed as Nisha gets up and heads toward the open window. Most likely she is going to hunt or just stretch her legs.

'Keep your eyes open for werewolves.'

She looked at me to acknowledge on what I just told her.

'Let me know if see or smell a werewolf.'

Alright she does not really talk back to me, but she allows me to see through her eyes when I need to. I finally fall asleep but not for to long before Nisha alert me that she smells werewolfs near by the lodge. I hurry to get a pair black sweat and my shoes on to leave the room. It does not take too long for me to get to my car and Nisha was already waiting for me to leave. I get into the car and open the window so she can get in so we can get going. I am not sure where we are going, but as I look in the rear-view mirror, I seen wolfs chasing my car. There were three wolves behind the car. Two of them were the size of a small horse and the black one was the size of a large horse. I decide to give Seth a call to see if he will be able to help me out, but it went to voice mail. I then input his address into my phone for direction to his place. It is going to take at least thirty minutes before I even get to his place, I just hope I can out drive a werewolf. No matter how fast or how far I go, they are right behind me. What do I need to do to shake them off my tail? I must have been paying more attention to them then I was on the road because there was a fallen branch that I did not see. I try to avoid it but as I did my tire had a blow out causing me to lose control of the car. Lucky I was able to keep control and pull over to the side of the road, without too much damage to my car or to me and Nisha. I told her to run into the forest and wait for me to contact her. I then looked over to werewolves to see that they were not moving any closer than where they were. I wonder why they are just standing there, maybe I could be on a packs land and not theirs. Thats when I hear the voice toward their way.

'Mike, is that the female you were talking about?'

'Yes Brad, she is the one who tricked me out of my money.'

'Also tricked you out of sex with her.'

'Shut up, Brad!'

I listen to the dark brown and the greyish looking wolf communicating back and forth to each other as the large black wolf just watch me.

'Hey Mikey, maybe you can still have a chance to have sex with her and if you do not mind, I also would love a piece of her myself.'

'Sure, but I am not going to promise her this time that I am going to be gentle with her.'

That is when I noticed the black one looking upset and growling at them both.

'What is wrong Alpha Damien?'

'Not either of you will touch her or I will rip your throats out. She is...'

But than he looked over to me as I was watching them linking to each other.

'Do you hear us human? If so, come here now.'

Before I knew what, I was doing I started shaking my head to them and stepping further away from them.

'Alpha Damien, we need to get her. She is more than what she seems.'

'We can not cross into the Black blood pack without a war starting.'

I am hoping that is a good thing and I am also hoping that Seth belongs to this pack. I start running the other way away from the wolves. Out of nowhere I feel a sharp pain in the back of my head, and everything goes black.
