The next day It was the time for me to announce what’s in Lucille pack’s fate, what could be their destiny after the death of their Alpha.

That’s what needed to be done and I wanted liberation from this curse. There’s no going back to those virulent moments and we need to accept the tribulations that fall on our sky.

I woke up in the morning before Lucille but the moment I left her arms; clinging onto me since last night as a source of support which is about to vanish.

Curling my lips in a smile, I leaned down and kissed her forehead, “Morning.”

I whispered in her ears and moved away but she held my hands, “Stay a little longer.”

Her voice came out low but needy.

Glancing hesitantly, I complied and wrapped my arms around her pulling her close to me.

I helped her sit and moved her to my lap, she kept hugging me not removing her hands, hiding her face in my neck.
