More surprises.

The glove compartment popped open just as she reached the office. Inside was an envelope. She opened it, reading the card. It was from Mark. She knew only he would afford a car for her birthday. But she also acknowledged the outfit she wore. It was beautiful. Rudy and Allison really outdid themselves.

Jessica walked into the office. The birthday wishes kept on coming. Every person that passed her wished her.

She felt like a celebrity.

She left her bag on her desk and sat down looking at the gift box in front of her.

She opened it and inside was a crystal necklace.

A note attached to it said.

"Happy birthday my queen"

"Love Mark"

A bunch of roses was floating towards her. She almost jumped when the delivery man popped his head out from behind the massive bouquet of red roses.

There were at least 200 blood red roses.

He handed her a clipboard to sign for her gift.

Jessica left the roses on her desk and pulled out the card.

To her surprise it was from Rudy. She smelled them and smiled t
