Where to begin, where to begin.

It has been one hell of a journey with this book. Started a little over six months ago and it still shocks me that I actually came this far with it. Of all the books I have written, this is the only one whose ending didn’t feel underwhelming to write. It felt really good to pen the word “END” down with a big smile on my face.

I went through a lot of phases while writing this book, lol. There was the excitement phase where I was beyond amazed at how well the book started out with gaining reviews and attention from readers.

There was the depressed phase when things weren’t going too well. It was either something in the comments or the plot itself driving me crazy. Lol. This phase had a lottttt of crying. And staring at a blank page for hours too.

Then there was the acceptance phase. I ignored some comments and just focused on getting the book written the same way it plays in my head. This really helped to make me love the book again.

I also had the learning phase where I studied my mistakes. The ones I realized by myself and the ones my dear readers helped me to realize through your reviews on the book.

More than anyone else, I agree that this book is flawed. So flawed. It’s nowhere near perfect but the whole writing process was also a learning phase for me. You can say the learning phase was the longest of all the other phases.

I’m thankful to every single reader who made this book the success that it is. Trust me, it

might be little as you all have seen bigger books on this app but to me? It’s the best thing that has ever happened to me.

Thank you for sticking with my book. Thank you for every praise and every criticism. They played a part in building this book. To the readers I lost on the way, I apologize for not meeting your expectations. (Come back. Pretty please🥺🫣)

TRAVIS’ BOOK IS COMING!!!!🥳🥳🎉🎉

Yes! Travis’ is getting his one story. I had a really good laugh when I saw a comment asking about him and how it’s unfair for him to have two failed happy endings. Before that comment, I already planned Travis’ story.

His story has been on my mind ever since I knew he would fall in love with Beverly and lose her tragically. I never planned it from the very beginning of the book but it gets me excited now!

So, Travis’ story is coming. Will he get his happily ever after? Find out under this same book. Yes, I won’t be creating a different book. His story shall continue from here. So this book will continue to reflect as an ongoing book.

My reason for doing this is because his story is much shorter than that of Leslie and Kian. Also, it would be easier to just transition from the first story to the second one.

With that said, updates on Travis’ book will begin soon. More details about the book, including it’s short introduction will be uploaded as another free chapter like this one very soon.
