"Ms. Arwena!" the two bodyguards exclaimed in unison, their voices tinged with concern. Despite knowing their boss had likely escaped serious injury due to the car’s airbags, they couldn’t help but worry about her condition.

"Are you okay, Ms. Arwena?" Fuentez asked, his voice soft but urgent. However, Arwena didn’t respond immediately. She sat there, frozen, her gaze distant as if lost in the whirlwind of her thoughts.

Tears welled up in her eyes, and before she could stop them, the floodgates opened. She covered her mouth in an attempt to stifle the sobs, but it was futile. The anguish she’d been holding back overwhelmed her, and soon she was crying uncontrollably. He could tell Tandre felt like he was being toyed with—no boyfriend would tolerate or stay calm about another man kissing his girlfriend.“Isn’t it obvious?” Archie replied, feigning irritation at what Tandre had done to Arwena.“I know the connection you share with her. Even now, you still want her. Maybe you even still love her,” he added, his tone serious.Tandre scratched the side of his head and looked away, avoiding Archie’s gaze.“And don’t deny it,” Archie pressed. “You used to flaunt it proudly. The only difference was that Tandre remained silent. His sharp glare at Janica and the tense muscles in his jaw confirmed his intense anger. His fist was trembling, clenched so tightly it seemed like he wanted to punch something.“Answer me, Tandre!” Janica shouted again. “Because of her! Just leave so this doesn’t get worse,” she pleaded.Tandre’s clenched fist was now gripping the doorframe. The tightness in his grip made the veins on his hand bulge, and Becca w
