Andrew and I both stood, stunned and silent as we stares at the destroyed room. And I didn’t know hen I became so out to touch with reality but I started thinking, maybe someone got into the house and did this. And I wanted to look through the mess and make sure that Jade was fine.

The part of that was still in touch with my braincells knew this was her doing. And I didn’t need anyone to tell me she was gone. They were gone. Gone where? I didn’t fucking know, but I was going to find out.

“Atlas…” Andrew called my name but I ignored him and turned around, waling out of the room and heading downstairs, taking it two steps at a time.

Donald was rushing towards me when I reached the door, but I ignored him, not listening to whatever he had to say, and I got into the first car I saw and drove out of the house.
