Scarlett refused to stay in her hospital when we woke up, so she was immediately discharged as there was nothing found to be wrong with her. The doctor told Liam he would send the result of the test to him once it was out.

Liam stayed around for the next two days, and Scarlett found she did not experience any sort of migraine. However, to her dismay, the pain immediately kicked in a little over thirty minutes of Liam stepping out of the house. She did not want to believe he was the reason the migraine disappeared for a few hours.

In a moment of sheer desperation, Scarlett found herself on the brink of taking an overdose of painkillers, hoping that it would provide some relief from the excruciating pain. The thought of dulling the pain, even temporarily, consumed her mind. The weight of the pain became unbearable, and she longed for any form of respite.
