“Don't you have any important things to do today? Pack duties and all, why are you still here?”

Liam lazily adjusted his position on the sofa, “You should ignore my presence”

“Well, I can't. Not when your eyes are on me”

“You like my eyes on you?”

Scarlett frowned at him, “What happened to you?”

“What happened to me?”

“Stop acting like you don't know what I'm talking about” Scarlett snapped, getting frustrated because he kept answering her questions with questions of his own.

“I don't read minds, now, do I? You need to tell me directly what you mean so that I don't misunderstand you”

Scarlett rolled her eyes, “You are talking too much and acting like a complete ass. You used to be quiet and…” entirely different.

“And that was the Liam you knew and loved?”

Scarlett's face closed up, and she dropped back on the bed, sighing softly, “It's a good thing you used past tense”

Liam snickered, but a knock at the door ended their conversation, it was Ryan. Liam rose and went to get the food
