I got ready for the day and headed downstairs to talk to my mom; both about the secret room and its contents and about Jace. It was way past time that she knew and I had just linked Chase to let him know that he could tell my dad.

I wasn’t sure what was going on, just that they were supposed to be meeting this morning and I had a feeling that tonight was going to be anything but ordinary.
