2022-03-16 03:54:09I’m actually excited for this party. I was really worried when I left the Alpha meeting with Alpha Matt , Beta Luca and Nova that I’d be jumping right out of the pan and into the fire. Swapping one prison for another.
But they are nothing like Jack , I’m not forced or man handled or beaten. Every day of my life I’d taken being free for granted. I won’t make that mistake again. It’s time I enjoy life , and I am here. I’ve come to think of them as friends. As I pull up my leather skirt I look at my reflection. A tank top and skirt means I look dressed up but not over dressed. Causally gorgeous as my mum loves to say. I glance at the time “oops time to go” I say to my reflection.My blond hair is in loose curls so I pull it back over my shoulders. Say what you want about Celeste but she’s accurate as fuck. I watch Leah and Adam cling to each other like they are afraid someone will separate them. Most people just want someone to love and be loved in return. As I approach the town hall I can see a figure up ahead. It doesn’t take much for me to know it’s Matt. My body responds to him before I can even see him clearly. I knew I shouldn’t do it. But I’d seen how her powers link to her emotions. I felt like a cock as every cruel word left my lips. See her face flit from pain to anger. Geoff sighs again although I’m not sure if it’s stress because of the break in or the stress of having to speak to me. “Nothing was taken , they broke in, the guards tried to stop them. I’ve messaged Nova multiple times now. I can see she’s read the messages . I can also see she’s not replying. I take a deep breath as I prepare myself to walk down the stairs that lead to the basement. I know Matts down there, I also reckon he’s not happy about his many unanswered messages he’s been sending. The pack house is rammed. We’ve made use of all the rooms to set up the pack and make mini infirmaries to treat the wounded. Even as I’m here gathering more towels and dressings to use the death count rises. The last update was 20 minutes ago and we were told 32 members of the pack had died.
