Olivia

It was hard to fall asleep in the guest room but eventually after many tosses, sleep caved me. I had a good few hours in when I was woken up to the door slamming open. It had startled me so I slightly jumped and sat up. The morning sun was hitting my face causing me to squint. I noticed right away Daniel was standing in the room, waiting for me to acknowledge him.

"Why are you in here?” I asked, my voice was groggy with sleep.

“Last time I checked I paid for this house alone. Which means I can enter any room in this home whenever I want to.” His tone was slightly cold. He must still be upset that I didn’t take his excuse right away. He had gotten very frustrated with me and it was clear his frustration remained.

“Well, what do you want?” My voice was more awake at this point.

“You were right, the media had gotten ahold of the picture. He informed me.

“Well good for you,”I said sarcastically.

“I have proof that the picture was not what it seems.” He glanced at me and it got my at

OliviaI woke up to the sunlight pouring into the room. Daniel’s arms were wrapped tightly around me. After he expressed that the feeling of love was mutual, we had sex again and then again. It was safe to say that we had completely made up last night.Today was Sunday ,an off day and it was perfect timing for us to spend time together.I attempted to get up to check the time but his arms pulled me back down and held me tighter. “Where do you think you’re going wifey?” his voice was sleepy and his eyes remained closed.“I just wanted to see what time it is. I don’t want to spend the whole day in bed.” I responded.A sexy smirk appeared on his lips. “And why not? I thought we were having fun.” His icy blue eyes finally opened as he placed a soft kiss on my shoulder."We are but I need a shower and I can't take anymore of this ,my body is sore."It was like I've done a killer lowerbody workout. He truly made up for the time that we lost.He loosened his grip on me and glared at the clock

ClydeI left early the next morning as I needed to see Mr Smith, I didn't notify Olivia about it because she might not like the way he was going to be treated. As I walked towards that pig, I entered the prison with a stone-cold face. I couldn’t tell what he was thinking, but I needed answers, and I wanted him to pay for what he did to my wife. One of the bodyguards opened the door to the room, and I stepped inside. I sat opposite him and could see in his face how angry he was.The tension between us was so thick.“So, I assume you heard about the incident with Oliva, right?” I asked in a sardonic tone."Yeah, I did, What happened?"He pretended like he didn't know.I chuckled lightly. “Are you seriously going to pretend that you have nothing to do with it? You’re a lot of things, but I didn’t think you were stupid.”He shifted uncomfortably. “What do you mean?” He wasn’t going to admit to anything.“I know you're working with someone, Did you two think Olivia and I couldn’t figure it

OliviaI tried to shake off the mixed feelings I had. I understood his reasoning for all of this, but it still felt like it had been a little too extreme. It now made sense why Clyde was feared, he was a tyrant in business and ruthless with his punishments."I'm sorry that I hid it from you."He said in a low tone."It's okay"I give a smile. His hand went to the back of my head pulling me closer to him."You're my wife; you're you're mine! And whoever touches will bear the consequences."" I know."I nodded."Then stop worrying about it, let it go."His eyes looked into mine lovingly."It's just, I don't like when you get your blood on your hands, that is not Daniel rather it's Clyde. Be yourself because that's the man I love."He nodded."Okay.""I love you Olivia"He sounded more sweet."I love you too," I replied with a slight smile. His lips tightly peck mine."Good, let's have lunch"After our lunch, I headed back to the store. OliviaIt was morning and the day was finally here, my store was about to be opened for business, and I was excited and nervous at the same time. Daniel lay beside me as he was still sleeping, I couldn't remember when Daniel arrived home last night, I must have fallen into a deep sleep from all the fatigue from arranging the store yesterday. I watched him for a moment while he slept. He looked so peaceful.I needed to be at the store around four to ensure that everything was ready. I had less than two hours to get ready now.I went in and started the shower and quickly got in not waiting for the right temperature. I showered quickly and when I finished I went back into the bedroom to get dressed. Daniel was sitting up in the bed waiting for me.“Hmm, looking at you all wet with a towel now is a perfect turn-on,” He smirked.“Shut up!” I responded and walked into the closet. He chuckled. “I’m kidding, babe; I’m going to go shower now.”I took the golden dress that I had chosen to wear

OliviaAfter Daniel threatened Amara, she left immediately with a pale face. She had seemed a little unrelaxed from what Damon said. That was enough to confirm it was all true to what Daniel stated, I couldn't believe she cheated on Roland but it wasn't strange since she tried hitting on my husband many times. Roland was a nice guy but I guess she only liked using people. I guess she was her father's twin.I kept myself busy with my work because Daniel kept telling me not to get myself stressed out over this. He was confident he would have more information on his enemy.“What ya doing boss?” Julia came into the workroom.I was working on a few sketches for a spring line. It was months away but it never hurt to be prepared in advance. “Not a whole lot. What’s up?” I asked as I looked up from my drawings.“Why don’t you take a break and get some fresh air? It's not healthy to overwork yourself. Being cooped up in this back room all the time can’t be that great for you.” Julia suggested.

Olivia Gabriel picked Julia and me up after I visited the hospital. Julia made it clear to Gabriel that it wasn't a big deal, I just had a stomach ache. In a few hours, I got home and ate some meals that the maid prepared.I laid down and wrapped myself in the grey silk sheets. The only thing that would make this better is if Daniel were here. He had been so caught up with work and trying to get more information on the enemy, I hope everything gets resolved soon because I don't want to bring my child here while there are still chaps. I also wanted him lying in bed with me again. I wanted to share with him the news of our baby. I didn’t like the fact I was keeping it from him, but it was only with the best intentions. I wanted to tell him when he wasn’t dealing with such a big matter. I wanted to know that he was genuinely happy and that it wasn’t going to add any more stress to what he had already.I opened my eyes when my phone began to ring, and I rushed to see who it was. OliviaI tried calling Daniel, but he kept on ending the call, I guess he was giving me the same treatment I did to him while he was in Dallas.I tried to distract myself by working on some spring pieces when my phone received a message. It was from a private number, there was no name, I opened it and read,[Meet at the Brisbane cafe by 2 pm come alone, It's Amara. I know you don't trust me but I have some leads on father that you might be of your help.]Something didn't feel right in my gut, but I wanted to help Daniel. After all, he needed help, he couldn't do this alone. I continued my work and told Julia where I would be going for backup because even though Amara asked that I go alone, she was not to be trusted, and now that I carried life in me,I needed to be more careful. It was 1:30 and Julia distracted the driver while I slipped out of the back door and got into a taxi.I knew she would alert Daniel so I was worried.I arrived at the cafe just in time. Amara sat in the corner as

Olivia “Where the fuck is the doctor? Why hasn’t my wife woken up yet?” I could hear the anger in Daniel's voice.“Calm down, son, they’ll tell us when they have something,” My mother spoke, trying to be reassuring.I could hear my surroundings but couldn’t see anything with my eyes as they wouldn’t open. I couldn’t move, and even trying to speak was impossible. It seemed my body was unconscious, but I could hear everything. The door to the hospital room opened, and then it closed."I’m sorry to keep you waiting,Mr Harrison.” A male voice spoke.“It seems your fiancé is in a comatose state. I’ve checked in on everything, and physically, she is fine, and the baby is doing well. It’s just playing the waiting game on her waking up.”“Baby?” Daniel asked in confusion. “What baby?”“Yes, your wife is a little over eleven weeks pregnant.” The doctor responded.“Okay, give us a moment please.” Daniel nicely ordered for the doctor to leave.“Very well, let us know if you need anything or hav

OliviaWe drove back to our home silently. He and I needed to have a more in-depth talk about this dinner he planned and then kept his distance. We pulled into the driveway and I went inside without waiting for him. I made my way to the bedroom so we could have privacy. I could hear him following behind me. The bedroom door opened and then closed shortly after I had come in here."Did I do something wrong?" He asked.I sighed as I turned to look at him. "You are so hard to read and I don't know what to do about it.""What do you mean?" He questioned further."You seemed to be emotionless and distant at dinner, but before we leave you're apologizing for not being enough. Are you sorry or at this point do you just tell me what you think I want to hear?" I responded with a question of my own."No. I am sorry I haven't been enough." I could tell he was trying to sound sincere but it just sounded forced."Then why does it seem you didn't even want to be at the dinner you planned?" I felt l

OliviaThe past few days felt like a nightmare; Daniel was completely out of line, He hardly sat at dinner with me. He was stuck in his study, investigating the person who shot him. He even started to drinking which was the worst state to see him in. He refused to talk more about that night. After he admitted he couldn't be weak he took himself to the room I had when I originally came here. I was pissed he had been drunk but I tried to put my feelings aside because I knew it was more like a cry for help. He just needed to push his pride to the side and get the help needed. We couldn't live like this forever. He spent the next week trying to make it up to me in little ways. A couple of gifts here and there, nothing too extreme. He even put together a small dinner for my birthday tonight. I appreciated the gestures but it didn't fix anything right now. What I wanted was my husband back one hundred percent."Are you ready Love?" He asked as he entered the room."Yes." I nodded as I looke

Clyde I could feel myself becoming calmer after the doctor had left the room. I just wanted to get home and get back to my life. I felt like I was going crazy as I sat in this same room over the past few days. There wasn't very much entertainment in the hospital and I had things to do.I needed to figure out who attempted to kill me. I knew I was supposed to be relaxing, but when I was by myself, I spent time compiling a list. A list of people who I have pissed off and made enemies out of. It consisted of people who I cut business with, people who begged to do business, but I declined, and some old friends who are no longer in my life for good reason. I had pissed off a lot of people in my lifetime and I knew it.I didn't care at the time when I dealt with these people. I never thought I would have to worry about them hurting anyone else but me. Now things were different. I had a family I needed to protect and I felt useless recently. I needed to figure this out, not just for me but

Olivia I return to Daniel at the hospital after the information that I had just received. I needed to figure out the best way to bring it up to him. I knew it would cause him stress and worry and he didn't need that right now. But I also couldn't keep it from him, it wouldn't be right and he would be pissed if I did.I parked my car and headed inside to the hospital. The driver followed behind of course. He also accompanied me through the lobby and to Daniel's door. We needed to be careful. We both needed to make sure security didn't leave our side.I took a deep breath in and let it out before opening the door. "How is everything?" Daniel asked as I took a seat in one of the chairs."Everything is fine. She's doing well." I reassured him.It wasn't a total lie. Our baby was doing just fine for where she needed to be. It was my body that seemed to be having a problem. It had decided it was time to begin the process of her arrival. I knew we could handle her coming early, but it made

OliviaI’ve been spending my days at the hospital and forgot to do my weekly checkup at the doctor."I'll be back in a little bit, okay?" I spoke to Daniel as I gathered my things."I don't know why he can't just come here to examine you. It is a hospital after all." He wasn't pleased I was leaving."Because the doctor has a whole clinic with multiple patients," I responded. "I also have to check in at the store. Julia has been doing much more than she's paid to do.""Just get back here soon, Love." He sighed."I know. I won't take long." I reassured him. I placed my lips on his to kiss him goodbye. As I pulled away and headed for the door he grabbed my hand in his to stop me. I glanced back at him to see what he was doing. This man took a moment to check out my ass."Hmm." He bit his bottom lip. "I need to get out of this hospital soon. I have needs that need to be attended to."I rolled my eyes. "Why don't you take a nap?" I suggested."Maybe I will." he smirked. "But I can't guara

Olivia"I know. I know." He spoke as he used his hand to stroke my hair as he held me tightly. "I'm here. no one is going to take me away from you that easily.”I looked up at him. My cheeks were wet, as a few tears had escaped. I was holding back, though, as I was already sick of crying. My eyes and my head hurt from last night, and I didn't want it to get any worse. He placed a kiss on my forehead and proceeded to look around the hospital room. "What happened to me?" he asked."You were shot in the study," I answered. "There were four bullet wounds in total. Two on your right shoulder and two on your lower back. You lost a lot of blood and went into shock."He was quiet as he took in the information I shared with him. "The last thing I remember is going through emails. I got up to go to the kitchen to start figuring out what to make for you and then I fell to the ground.""I feel awful. You were laying there for hours because I worked late." I responded in a low tone. My guilt had

OliviaIt had been a week since Daniel had been in the hospital, and I decided to go home, get a fresh shower, and rest. I left Gabriel to watch him as the driver took me home. The car pulled up to the mansion. I took a deep breath before turning the knob to go inside. The maid heard me come in and immediately came to me. "I'm so sorry, Madam. How are you holding on?" She was visibly upset. I knew she cared for Daniel and we all did.I tried to keep myself together. "I don't know, Rose. I don't know." I responded. This was also her first night back at the house. I called her and gave her the details while she was with her children. I didn't want her time ruined, and I even told her to stay longer if she'd like. She refused and wanted to be back on her normal day.The feeling of the house was different. I never minded being here alone but it was different when you knew he was eventually going to walk in the door. Right now I wasn't too sure when he would be back. I would give anything

I only left the hospital once I knew Daniel was stable. He hadn't woken up yet but the transfusions seemed to have helped him a lot. The doctor was satisfied with how much progress he had made. It was just a matter of time before he woke up.I refused to leave his side for longer than a few minutes. I wanted to be there for him when he did wake up so I put Julia in charge of watching over the store. She kept me updated on any information that I needed to know. It helped ease the stress of the situation for right now.It had been about three days since the incident, and it felt like the longest days of my life. I had decided to address the public, so now everyone knew he had been shot. There was a lot of support for him on social media. I was even surprised by some of the messages that I was receiving. People wanted to check in on us.The detective on the case had come in to talk to me. They reviewed the security footage along with other evidence like a footprint. They were confident t

Olivia I immediately dialed the ambulance number, and they rushed in a few minutes after. It was like witnessing a nightmare that I couldn't wake up from. I couldn't believe this had happened, we had just talked a couple hours ago. All that I could do was stand back and watch the paramedics as they determined how stable he was. They moved quickly to get him on a gurney and back to the ambulance. We arrived at the hospital in a few minutes, and they took Daniel in.Who could have done this? My only guess would be my father since he escaped the prison, or Debra, but I wasn't sure."Mrs. Harrison?" A voice caused me to turn around. It was a male doctor."Is he going to be okay?" I asked."It appears that your husband was shot a few hours ago. He's lost a lot of blood from being left unattended for so long. His body had gone into shock, which is why he was unresponsive. We need to perform surgery to see about removing the bullets and to make any repairs to his organs," the doctor explain
