Clyde
Seeing her in that state hurt so much. Although I wanted to hurt her, I couldn't bear to watch her suffer. I caused her grief; I was the cause of her suffering. Her statement that she never got to express her love for me kept replaying in my mind. She lay down on the bed, and I was seated in a chair next to her.
"Daniel!” She woke up, sitting immediately looking around confused.
"How are you feeling?" I tried to not sound concerned.
"Why am I here? Why did you bring me here?” She spoke through her teeth giving me a threatening look while trying to stand on her feet but blinked and sat back again.
I immediately went to keep her by her forearm, but she pulled her arm harshly.
"I ask you a question. Why did you bring me here? She repeated looking at me straight in the eye while I was standing on my feet.
"Should I have left you unconscious in the graveyard?" I raised my brow and sat on the chair in front of her again.
"Yes! Yes, you should have left me there because I wasn't done!" She raised her voice.
"You weren't done doing what?! Crying your eyes out or using my gun?!" I raised my voice as well.
"Why do you care?" She spat turning her head aside.
"Don't you ever touch my gun again!" I spoke in a threatening voice and she stood on her feet.
"I already said I want a divorce."
"Oh you're not getting a divorce baby girl." I smiled with the corners of my lips leaning back into the chair.
Not expecting what she did next. She put her hands on both sides of the chairs , bowing towards me. Her face was millimeters away from mine.
"Why?" She asked through her teeth.
"Why what?" I kept looking at her eyes, trying to hide how her closeness was affecting me.
"Why don't you want to give me the damn divorce? Do you expect me to love you? I will never love you. The only man I ever loved in my life is Daniel."
"Stop saying that name!" I raised my voice standing on my feet and she backed away.
"Daniel? Daniel,Daniel Daniel!” She repeated like a child in front of my face.
"Stop it, Olivia!” I grabbed her lightly by her throat.
"I would never love a man like you. The only man that I will love is Daniel.” Her eyes were full of tears and I was fighting with myself whether to push her away or kiss her.
Was she truly in love with me? Then why did she say that she would never be with me? Was I the one who heard it? She was, however, confessing her love for the guy I had killed , Daniel was dead and I had killed him, so I was no longer him.
I turned my back on her and walked out of the room, pulling my hand from her throat so she wouldn't see me crying."I hate you!" She spat behind me convincing me once again that she would never love this version of me.
.....
"This is good news. That means she loved you too. " Gabriel was excited, but I was devastated.
"That doesn't matter anymore. She loved Daniel, not me. Daniel is dead. " I repeated out loud what I had on my mind.
"I'm sure you can make her fall in love again with you. " I knew Gabriel was trying to give me hope, but I knew Olivia too well, she would never love someone like Clyde.
"No Gabriel. She would never love someone like me. I'm deep down into the dirt. I live in hell, while her eyes look up to the heaven. She falls in love with the light, the kindness. You don't know how her eyes light up like Christmas tree when she sees an act of kindness. She keeps her breath in excitement and feels happiness. She is the light, while I'm darkness."
Gabriel just stared at me not knowing what to say.
"It's okay Gabriel. I don't want her to love me. I want revenge for my father. And I will take it from her family. " I was trying more to convince myself. I didn't want her to love me, I needed her to love me.
........
I left the house for one hour, one damn hour. Having the security alert for every movement of my wife. I didn't want her to escape again. When I returned, I found her on the floor of the bedroom with a bottle of wine from my collection of wines.
"Oh hey!" She waved her hand giggling and there I noticed she was drunk.
"Where did you find that? Who gave you permission to take it?" I pulled the bottle away from her hand and she rolled her eyes pointing her forefinger at me.
"You know mister Harrison, you gave me your last name but you don't want to give me a bottle of wine." She shook her head laughing.
I put the bottle on the desk and went toward her again.
"You're drunk. Come on let's get you to bed." I took her in my arms even though she protested .
"You can't touch me mister Hell." She changed my last name giggling.
When I put her into bed she pulled me by the collar of my shirt towards her. She was studying my face features with her half-closed eyes, before touching my face with her fingers.
"You came. I knew you wouldn't leave me." She smiled sweetly at me.
That smile that I have longed for. When she doesn't look at me with hate, but with love and longing.
"I told you I would always recognize you even if you changed your face, Daniel.”
Did she recognize me or was it the fact that she was drunk? Would she remember the next day? I kissed her palm while she kept touching my face.
"Don't leave me again." She pouted her lips, her eyes full of tears.
"Never again," I whispered to her.
I laid down next to her and she laid on my chest. So small, so fragile, so mine.
"Kiss me." She murmured with her eyes closed, raising her chin to give me access to her soft lips.
How could I refuse that order of hers? Her lips were so inviting, even though her mouth tasted of wine. She put her face on my neck and I hugged her tighter kissing her forehead.
"I love you so much, it hurts," I whispered to her and to myself as well.
OliviaI woke up with a tremendous headache, I couldn't open my eyes. Terrible idea Olivia, terrible idea. What looked like a good idea to escape reality the other night turned into a physical hell. I wanted to forget everything, I wanted so much to get rid of the pain that I didn't care even If I sold my soul and body to the devil.I concentrated on my senses and felt a warm touch on my stomach, which reminded me of the devil. As I opened my eyes, I saw the devil lying next to me. Why did his touch feel so comfortable? The way he made me feel made me afraid. The sensation he gave my body. I disliked the idea of sex since I had never had the experience depicted in romance novels or films. That was a pleasure that I had never experienced.Yes, I have had a boyfriend. We kissed and had multiple sexual encounters. However, it was so soul-depleting that I lay there hoping he would finish quickly, even within a minute, because I didn’t feel any pleasure. Not like the pleasure that I had ex
OliviaHe opened the car door and held out his hand for me to take, but I declined and got out of the car by myself. My mother, father, and sister would be there, so even though I didn't want to, I had to go. The devil continued putting his hand on my waist, and as soon as I got out of the car, I nearly fell on those heels."Be careful, chipmunk!" He actually smiled. But what shocked me was the fact that he called me 'chipmunk', and it was the same sound as Daniel’s. No one apart from Daniel called 'chipmunk', and no one knew. It was between us."Come on, smile a little, there will be plenty of sea food for you to taste it and change your mood." He continued pushing me lightly by my lower back and taking my hand on his.And I didn't decline, not just because there were intimidating men with firearms at the party, but also because I was too astonished to really comprehend what was going on. I never mentioned to Clyde Harrison that I like trying new foods or that I enjoyed eating seaf
ClydeThe party was starting to get boring and I couldn’t find Olivia. Suddenly a tiny hand held mine and immediately the tingles covered my skin. I knew it was her before turning my head to my right and looking at her state. I was taken aback at first and why was she holding my hand? Then I saw that she was trembling and that her eyes were big as she continued to glance about. I pulled her along with me and excused us from the guy I was speaking to."What's wrong? Who made you cry?" I kept her hand in mine, and with my other hand, I cupped her face."Can we please leave,? Can you take me home?" She pleaded putting her other hand on my forearm and her grip became stronger when she looked behind me.I followed her gaze and turned my head to see Carlito f*cking Peta who was barely walking throwing daggers at my wife who hid in my arms."Did he touch you?" I spoke through my teeth."He tried." She murmured hiding her face on my chest.I signaled for Gabriel to take him away. I would deal
OliviaLet me share a story with you about Daniel Wallas,he set my insides on fire. I now understood why Clyde Harrison had that effect on me at that precise moment. Initially, I wanted to give him a hug because I had been missing him a lot. For what he had done to me and to us, I then wanted to scream at him. However, he refused to acknowledge that he was Daniel, therefore it was impossible. When he allowed me to unbutton his shirt, I looked at the mole on his shoulder. Flashbacks from the other night came to me when he kissed the back of my hand and declared that he would never leave my side. In my drunken state, he did not deny that he was Daniel."Open the damn door Olivia!" He spoke through his teeth, clenching his fists."There is no more running Daniel, You are not going out of here until you explain everything to me." I spoke calmly leaning my back on the door.He came towards me in furious steps and stopped right in front of me. I had to stay in my tiptoes and raise my chin to
ClydeIt has been a long day of work but being a mafia has no sleep. As I stared at the lights outside of the building, something came to my attention. I quickly threw my fourth cigarette on the ground while trampling it with my feet. That bastard had his name written in the lights. "Dani's".To add more rage to my anger, the cacophonous sound of music was so loud that it could be heard outside. I pulled out my gun and reached it in quickly into Gabriel’s jaw, grabbing him by the collar of his ironed white shirt."Remind me again why the hell are we here !" I lashed out of my rage."I'm sorry boss." He gulped, closing his eyes waiting for the bullet to enter his head.Gabriel was my right arm man. The thing I admired most about him was he never begged for his life to be spared, whenever he had made mistakes. He expected to hear the noise of the gun and take the bullet like a man. I let him go, as I returned the gun to my waist."Let's go find that a**hole and make him pay!"I gave my
OliviaI woke up to the kick of a throbbing headache, I quickly grabbed a pillow covering my head. I couldn’t remember anything from last night nevertheless how I got home. I rolled on my back pouting my lips and keeping the pillow over my face. I did not dare to open my eyes and face the light. That's what you get when you trust Sam with the drinks. The pillow smelled like a man's perfume.Oh no, did I bring someone with me at home? My father will kill me! I moved away from the pillow opening my eyes when I faced a weird ceiling. It wasn't the ceiling of my house. What the hell did I do last night? Did I hook up with a stranger? Was this his bedroom? My mother must be worried about me.I stood on my feet checking if I had my clothes on. I still had my dress from last night on. The room was weird, almost everything was black. I took my heels at the end of the bed and tried to leave like a thief. I didn't want to confront the owner of the house. I pushed the door open and went out of t
ClydeAfter all these years, I can't believe she's in my house. I must admit I felt jealous of myself that she was drooling over my new face and changed body, but I had to get used to the new me seven years ago when I left. I was no longer that innocent young boy who was ready to do anything for love. She and her family crashed those dreams and forced me to be this version of the person that I am today, Clyde Harrison. Her appearance had changed a lot and her body had matured so beautifully, but she still had that innocent face. Her presence had been haunting me like a ghost, her eyes, her smile, the dimple on her cheek, her scent, the feeling of her skin and soft lips on mine. I had a plan for her as well, but didn't expect to see her the other night at the club. But fate brought her to me earlier. I held her small and fragile body the other night, and when I laid her on my bed I had to fight the urge to kiss her. I couldn't keep my hands to myself after I took her heels off. What wa
ClydeIt was finally time to strike my plan. I had been planning for this for some years now and now it was the right time to act."Gabriel, Call Arthur Smith. It's time to meet."I ordered. It was time for him to meet his new business partner. He had been trying to meet me many times but was avoided now he would have the pleasure of meeting me. I entered the same holding for which my father worked as a designer and lost his life because of that cruel man Arthur Smith. I recognized those red curls as soon as she entered the door, Amara was drooling over me since the second she saw me. But I knew her better, she would drool over my expensive suit and watch, over the fact that I was rich and handsome. I knew her like the palm of my hand and she hadn't changed a bit.On the other hand, Arthur Smith was greedy for power and money. He only cared about himself and always wanted to be the best, it didn't matter if his workers lost their lives. My money impressed him and he would do anything t

OliviaAfter having a nightmare, I woke up with tears burning in my eyes. Clyde was lying right next to me and he seemed so peaceful and innocent as he slept. But what my father had said on the phone earlier kept coming back to me."I'm so sorry sweetheart but your friend Daniel Wallas is dead." My father's words echoed in my memory, it was like my heart stopped beating for a moment in time. The news was unbearable. On the other hand, my father's voice sounded relieved, like it was the death of some unknown person you hear it in the news."No, You’re lying, that is not true. You’re simply doing this just because you don't want me to keep looking for him." I shook my head, my hands were trembling."No sweetheart, it's true, your friend is dead." My dad sighed, probably rolling his eyes."I want proof. I won't believe it until I see the proof." I paced back and forth."I'll send you the address where he is buried. I have to go no. Bye, honey." He hung up the phone and I fell on my knee
ClydeAfter what happened at Olivia work workplace,I grew jealous and decided to send Gabriel home and wait for her. I couldn't help but remember how that guy was looking and flirting with her. As I was sitting in front of her, her cheeks were still red from what I did to her. She tried to ignore me making herself busy with reading some papers. A message popped into my phone. The old one, the one that couldn't be traceable.Gabriel: "Boss, someone else started looking for you today."Me: "Who is it?"Gabriel: "Santiago Marquis, a businessman not involved in illegal business."Me: "Then we should make it known where Daniel Wallas grave is."I wrote to Gabriel. I didn't know yet why that man was looking for me but I would find out.The more people would look for Daniel the more difficult it would become to keep him in the past. We buried Clyde’s body with my old name on the grave, Daniel Wallas. It was only right for his body to have a grave and for my name to have a grave as well.I wa
Olivia "Are you honestly going to follow me around like a dog?" I turned around putting my hands on my hips ,hoping to crack this guy.But he did not bulge ,he was strictly on orders ,he just stared at me with a straight face without speaking. He never spoke in the car as well and so I just put my earphones on and decided to play the ignore game as well . Clearly he was following the devil's orders but it was annoying having someone follow you around even inside the building where I was working."Olivia, is that you?!"A voice captured my attention.I turned around looking at the man who called my name."It's me, Dave .""Um from University." He continued while I blinked trying to remember him."Oh, Dave, I'm so sorry I didn't recognize you." I went towards him giving him a hug and I heard Gabriel clearing his throat. I threw him a threatening look and turned my attention again on Dave."It's been a while, clearly you have gotten more beautiful , how have you been?" He had a wide gri
ClydeI left the house early before she woke up. I felt this weird feeling inside of me, it was like my worthless life finally had a meaning to it once more , even though I barely slept .I wanted that moment to last longer. She was like an adrenaline, I couldn’t get enough and her sassy attitude made me crave her more. The reason for me leaving the room was because she kept rejecting me and I needed her so badly that I had to return and kiss her.The next thing I knew, she was kissing me back, I lifted her keeping my hands under her thighs as her legs didn't reach to cross around my back. I threw her on the bed without separating myself from her body. I made my way to her jaw, then lower, to her neck and shoulder. Her soft moans weren't helping to put a restraint to my member inside my pants. I touched her body, my hands ran sinfully on her belly, chest, arms until I reached her hands and held both of her wrists with my hand on top of her head. She was shivering under my body, I could s
