[ Chapter 2: Are you sure? ]

Leah read the novel, [Is there a reason “why?"]. Leah mourned about the ending when it finished. To her shock, an anonymous, unknown voice called her and the text that appeared in front of her. It surprised her very much.

: Do you mean Jin?

Leah asked. She looked unfazed but her heart beats faster.

[THIS WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE. ARE YOU SURE?]

<Yes or No>

The mysterious voice asked her again.

: I--

Leah couldn’t utter her next word and stop halfway.

Then she asks her mind.

: To change her or to change him?

: But what?

Leah acknowledged the voice responds to her thoughts and answered her back. But Leah didn’t know if this thing is true or not, magical or real, and if this thing is making jokes with her.

And Leah didn't know if this thing is just her imagination.

<Yes or No>

[CHOOSE ONE]

That mysterious voice asked her again. It was forcing her to choose.

: Which?

Leah said despite fear.

[ANYONE]

Leah could not believe this but it was talking to her already.

: What if?

Leah thought.

Then without hesitation, Leah calmed herself and take a deep breath.

: Hugh!

Leah exhaled.

: I choose yes!

Leah said without backing out.

[THIS WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE. ARE YOU SURE?]

<Yes or No>

That voice asked her again.

: Change my life?

Leah asked.

: Didn’t I choose before?

Leah asked. But the voice did not respond.

[THIS WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE. ARE YOU SURE?]

<Yes or No>

That asked her for the second time.

: I—

Leah couldn’t utter her next word and stop halfway.

Leah was all confused.

[THIS WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE. ARE YOU SURE?]

<Yes or No>

That asked her for the third time.

Leah didn't know what to do.

It was like a mechanical thing.

A text that appears magically in front of her and that voice that asks her mind?

And, it was calling and asking her again.

[THIS WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE. ARE YOU SURE?]

<Yes or No>

That asked her for the fourth time! It was asking her to agree or not!

: Why the text looked like magic, this voice... I don't know but...

Leah thought of this.

Even though, Leah responded to the first part she really could not believe it.

: Is it really true? The love story of Sherry and Jin, is it?

: The novel that made me love and cries, is it?

: The love that requires trust and patience, is it?

Leah asked herself. So many thoughts run in her mind. What “if” her life would be like Sherry and Gin? She really wanted to know.

: What can I believe if I don't try?

Leah asked herself if it was worth to try.

[THIS WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE. ARE YOU SURE?]

<Yes or No>

[CHOOSE ONE]

That asked her for the last time.

Then she firmed her heart and mind with her resolution filled with heartfelt tone.

: Yes!

She chose yes.

[You have chosen!]

And it disappeared.

: Ah!

That surprised her. That text suddenly disappeared within her visions. That mysterious voice disappeared also within her mind.

: Is it my imagination after reading the novel?

Leah asked herself if she was dreaming or not

: Leah!

Someone called her.

: Ah!

Leah was surprised by the voice. She thought it was the mysterious voice again but expectantly, it was her brother.

: I——

Leah could not say anything. She feared her brother the most.

: Don't be too loud! It's Already 12! There’s still work tomorrow!

Her brother called back.

: I'm sorry!

Leah replied back. She didn’t know it was already twelve in the evening.

Then Leah raised her glasses and yawned. She looked at her messy desk.

: Sigh, this is killing me. I want a good sleep.

Leah said with a sigh.

Leah cleaned her desk. That took her for 10 minutes. When she finished cleaning, she jumped on her soft bed.

While lying in her bed she asks herself.

: Why is that?

: What kind of life would it be if I am her?

: What is romance...?

: What if I was Sherry? What kind of life will it be?

: Shall I marry the man I love, or —-?

: Ahhh...

She was frustrated.

But Leah left her questions unanswered.

And Leah slept with a lot in mind.

Unbeknownst to Leah, there was a man who saw this all. That man wore a smile...

: Welcome to my world Leah Su.

: Ha Ha Ha...

Then that man vanished with his fading laughs.

A woman who knows nothing about love stories, especially romance.

What is Romance?

Leah did not know what romance really was. For her, romance is about the never-ending love and pledged soul of two people in life.

Maybe you know?

Leah really doesn't know. An innocent girl like her believed that love is infinite, love is merciful and more than that.

Leah makes no sense. She believed that romance is happiness, when she matured enough her feelings and bonds will be fixed upon she finds her man.

It was like her brother told her.

However, a fish soars in the deep blue sea. No one can touch this fish neither the monkeys nor the fox.

Later, this fish travels with seahorses, crabs and many beautiful creatures along the deepest part of the sea.

The fish lived happily with the creatures under the sea. It was adventurous and worth to experience.

Then one day, the fish wondered why? The sea is vast but bottomless.

What ends this bottomless sea? The fish asked why. This fish wanted to know why.

This fish asked the seahorses, crabs and many beautiful creatures along the deepest part of the sea.

What did the fish gets is nothing but a warning. Fish don’t ask me why. All of the creatures from the deep blue sea told the fish.

However, this fish soars again. The fish wanted to know why.

Then this fish discovered the surface of the sea.

Later, this fish travels with cranes, doves and many beautiful creatures along the waves of the sea.

The fish lived happily with the creatures at the sky. It was adventurous and worth to experience.

What ends this horizon? The fish asked why? This fish wanted to know why.

This fish asked the cranes, doves and many beautiful birds flying at the sky.

What did the fish gets is nothing but a warning. Fish don’t ask me why. All of the creatures from the sky told the fish.

However, this fish soars again. The fish wanted to know why.

This fish discovered the land.

The life of this fish unexpectedly changed. This fish strongly wanted to know why.

What ends this horizon? The fish asked why? This fish wanted to know why.

Then without hesitation, the fish wanted to know its end. The fish swam to the end of this horizon.

However, this fish hardly knew that a great danger is coming.

A cat is waiting!
