Lisa woke up that morning feeling anxious and unsure of what was going to happen.

“Another miserable day in an endless life show of agony!” She soliloquized, which she gave out a huge sigh shortly after.

The events of the previous day had left her feeling hopeless and trapped. She couldn't shake off the feeling that she was being held captive, and her mind was constantly racing with thoughts of escape, even though nothing tangible really came across as badly as she wanted it to.

She was just sitting in her cell, wondering what the next moment would fetch her this time, and that was when the sound of the knock on the door jolted her out of her thoughts.

She hesitated for a moment before getting up to answer it.

“Yes?! Who’s there?” She asked with a loud and audible voice. She knew for a certain that if it was Adrien, he wouldn’t even have bothered to knock.

“It’s just us.” Said the voice behind the door.

“Who the fuck is ‘just us’? When does all these disgusting mind upsetting events end for God’s sake?” She asked wothon herself, as her anger arose out of frustration.

“Give me a minute.” She pleaded with a relatively soft voice that she faked, on contrary to the real tone she would have used on such occasions.

When she opened the door, she was surprised to see two unfamiliar faces standing in front of her.

"Good morning, my lady," one of them greeted her.

“Good morning.” She greeted back, not bothering to fake any smiles or other emotions.

"We've been sent by the Alpha," another one of them said.

“Unlock her.” One of them said as another approached the cell and unlocked it.

He walked in, taking Lisa by the arm.

“Please walk with us.”

Lisa's heart thumped in fear as she followed them, finally stopping inside a room. She took her bath like they instructed, dressing up in the bathroom in fear of what might be happening. As she walked out, she was shocked to still meet the guards standing down,

"We have a dress for you to wear and we need to get you ready. As soon as possible, that is."

“Bring it over!” One of the guards ordered. Slowly but immediately, some female guards came driving in a cart which contained her garments and other little things she may need, as well as some jewelry items.

Lisa's heart pounded in her chest as she obediently let them dress her up in a beautiful gown.

“It’s happening again. Another ‘do you know’ quest I have to solve with my mind which I obviously can’t and it’s almost sure to drive me off totally.” She thought to herself.

She had no idea what was going on, but the nagging feeling in her gut told her that something wasn't right. She had no idea what they were talking about, but she didn't want to resist. She followed their lead as they helped her get dressed in beautiful attire and did her hair and makeup, fixing some impressive jewelry items on her too.

As they led her downstairs to the dining room, her eyes darted around nervously, taking in her surroundings so carefully. One could say that she was already too self conscious as she was also avoiding any mistake at all costs.

She had never been in this part of the pack house before, and the unfamiliarity of it all only added to her anxiety.

Adrien was waiting for her in the dining room, and Lisa felt her breath catch in her throat as she took in his imposing figure.

“Oh… look who’s here. Lila! Have your seat!” He commanded. And immediately after that, he began to speak, his voice low and commanding.

"I've called you here today to lay down some ground rules," he said, fixing her with an intense stare.

"You need to understand that I am the alpha king, and you are my prisoner, or captive, to better put. You will do as I say, and you will not cause any trouble. If you break these rules, there will be consequences." He continued.

Lisa felt a wave of fear wash over her as she realized just how precarious her situation was. She had no idea what Adrien was capable of, but she knew that she couldn't afford to test him.

"I understand," she managed to choke out, her voice barely above a whisper.

"Good," Adrien replied, a note of satisfaction in his voice.

"Now, let's eat. I've had a feast prepared in your honor. Everything else might just come after alright?" He asked, not really demanding an answer. Lisa didn’t want any unnecessary provocations for him so she just nodded in fear.

She forced herself to eat, her stomach churning with nerves as she tried to make sense of everything that was happening. She couldn't shake the feeling that she was in danger, but she didn't know how to escape it.

As the meal wore on, Lisa found herself growing increasingly uneasy. Adrien's behavior was unpredictable, and she had no way of knowing what he might do next.

Suddenly, he slammed his fist down on the table, causing Lisa to jump in surprise.

"Enough!" he barked, his voice echoing off the walls. "I can see the fear in your eyes. You're afraid of me, aren't you?"

Lisa swallowed hard, her throat dry with fear. She didn't know what to say.

"Well, you should be," Adrien continued, his voice growing more menacing by the second. "You're nothing but a toy to me, a pawn in my game. You mean nothing to me."

Lisa felt a tear slip down her cheek as she realized just how alone and helpless she was. She had no one to turn to, no one to help her escape this nightmare. And just when she thought she had a chance to be on good terms with him, he had switched again, unexpectedly.

Adrien continued to shout and berate her, his words cutting like knives. Lisa didn't know what to do - whether to cry or to disappear into herself. All she knew was that she was trapped, a prisoner to Adrien's whims.

Lisa sat down nervously at the dining table, feeling like she was being interrogated. Adrien's expression was stern and unwavering, making it clear that he was not going to tolerate any disobedience.

"I have some rules that need to be followed if we are going to live peacefully," Adrien said, his voice cold and authoritative.

"Firstly, you mustn't talk back to me. You will only speak when spoken to and you will respect me at all times. Do you understand?"

Lisa hesitated for a moment, unsure of how to respond. She was used to speaking her mind and being outspoken, but it seemed like that was not going to be an option anymore. She nodded slowly, still feeling nervous.

"Good. Secondly, you must not run away for any reason, no matter what happens. You are my responsibility now, and I will not have you wandering around unsupervised. Thirdly, you mustn't talk or make friends with anyone. It's for your own safety, as well as the safety of the pack. You should keep that at the back of your damn mind."

Lisa couldn't believe what she was hearing. How could he expect her to live like this, without any freedom or independence? She opened her mouth to protest, but Adrien cut her off before she could say anything.

"Lastly, we will eat all of our meals together. I will not have you going hungry or feeling neglected. Is that clear?"

Lisa felt a lump forming in her throat as she nodded silently. She had no choice but to agree to his terms. Adrien informed her that any disobedience could attract punishment, and she knew better than to test his patience.

As they continued to eat, Lisa couldn't help but feel a sense of sadness and isolation. She had absolutely no appetite at all, but refusing to finish off her meal might just be another big trigger for the merciless alpha. She just continued to eat either way.

She was trapped in this house with a man she barely knew, forced to obey his every command. The thought of spending the rest of her days like this was almost too much to bear.

"Is something bothering you?" Adrien asked, noticing the sadness in her eyes.

Lisa hesitated before responding. "It's just...all of this is so overwhelming. I feel like I'm in a prison," she said softly.

Adrien's expression softened slightly, but his tone remained firm.

"I understand how you must feel, but these rules are for your own safety. The world isn’t a fair place, but I think I can make it fair enough by giving you some fair rules to play by. Mess it up and you’ll be messed up. It’s just as simple as that."

Lisa knew that he was only trying to protect his pack and her as his ‘property’, but it didn't make her feel any less trapped. She finished her meal in silence, feeling more alone than ever before.

Adrien's voice dripped with accusation, his eyes fixed upon Hera, searching for answers."You crossed a line, Hera. You went too far, let me be frank. You went to the extreme just to humiliate your fellow one on front of everyone… for what? Are you happy now?
