Emily’s POV: I moved my hand to my eyes as the sunlight tried to hit my face. Moving my legs and stretching out my whole body, I swung open my eyes slowly and sighed. I turned to the right side and glanced at the bedside alarm clock which showed it was 9 in the morning. I believed it was 8 and closed my eyes back again but suddenly I realized that it wasn't 8 in the morning but 9 at which my class starts. I opened my eyes widely and then grabbed the clock in my hand to look at it closely. It was indeed 9 am. I jumped up on the bed and tried to find my phone which I couldn't easily. "Where's my phone, oh my god" I said anxiously and grabbed my pillows and threw them down to find it. As I kept moving my hand on the bed, my finger touched something. I looked down and realized it was my phone. I quickly grabbed my phone and tried to open it to see if Melissa called but it wasn't opening. Considering its battery might have gotten dead, I jumped up from the bed and pinned the charger to
Emily’s POV: “Mel… You are getting this all wrong” I said and started walking ahead. “Wait…” Melissa said and pulled me back from my elbow. “Stand here and tell me everything” She added. “Let’s just sit and talk” I suggested while pointing towards a table in the corner. “Yeah, we should sit and eat and talk as well” Oliver suggested and walked ahead to occupy the table immediately and we followed him behind. As we got seated, Melissa started, “Okay now, speak up” “No…” Oliver said and stood up from his chair. “Don’t you start now. Let me come back” He added and ran over to the café counter to have something to eat while we waited for him. During this waiting time, Melissa kept looking at me suspiciously and so did Aria, both making me nervous and restless. “It’s not what you are thinking” I pointed to Melissa and said to clear her dirty mind. She nodded and started, “Ahan… That I’ll know very soon, miss” Oliver came back with a tray in his hand on which he had bacon sandwich
Emily’s POV: After having the conversation in the cafeteria, we headed to the class as it was 11 then. It was Mr. Martin’s class which got delayed. Mr. Martin is our English Literature professor. We have known him since 4 years and we all love this man. As we entered the classroom, I noticed Aiden wasn’t there. “Hey…” Melissa whispered to me and leaning towards me continued, “Aiden’s not here yet. May be he will not come today. You can sit next to me today” I looked at her nervously and started, “No! I don’t want to give him any chance to begin with the serving thing again. Sitting on that chair, will annoy him definitely” Melissa sighed in frustration and then walked forward to her seat. I walked forward, looked at my seat and felt weak but gulping my sadness down, I took a deep breath and walked to the back of the room while Aria followed me behind. After approximately ten minutes, Mr. Martin entered in the class and we all greeted him. I wondered about Aiden and his musketeers
Emily’s POV: We were roaming about the hallways and the locker room area to find Aiden. “I think he has gone home” Aria said. “Yes… May be she is right” Melissa said. “I don’t know guys… But I need to return his jacket to him. I can’t keep it” I said anxiously. “You can give it to him tomorrow” Melissa suggested. “Yeah I guess so” I said while looking at the jacket in my hand. “I think he is not going to continue with the serving thing also” Melissa said excitedly. “Yeah… That is great, no?” Aria asked me. “Yeah… It’s great. I think he have forgotten about it” I said with a little excitement. I was happy that he forgot it but I also wondered how he backed down so easily. While thinking about him, I felt something in my eye. I blinked my eyes several times and tried to relief my eyes but it didn’t. I moved my fingers to my eyes and tried to rub it slowly but it was itching more. “What happened?” Melissa asked placing her hand on my shoulder. I bent my face down and blinked m
Emily’s POV: “What – What are you saying?” I asked nervously as I moved back. “You like to gossip too much, huh?” He asked angrily. “I – I…” I started in confusion because I didn’t know what he was talking about. “I – didn’t…” “Don’t you dare deny what you are doing” He got louder and that shook me. “Aiden… I can’t understand…” I started. “Yes, you don’t…” He said angrily and started walking forward towards me while I started moving backwards and he continued, “You don’t understand when I ask you to stop pissing me off. But you continue to do such things” I gulped and started, “Aiden… you are…” He got hold of my elbow and pulled me closer enough to him to touch his body with mine and I uttered a cry, “Aiden… What are you doing?” “You are so stubborn” He said and tightened the grip on my elbow making my eyes fill with tears. “Aiden… You have misunderstood something” I said out loud. “Yes… Obviously I have…” He said while moving forward and dragging me backwards. “I have misu
Aiden’s POV: I looked at her and tried to meet her eyes as she was avoiding to look at me. “Are you sure that Emily told you that?” I asked again and she took a deep breath which gave me a hint that she was lying. “Giselle” I said and moved forward towards her and she gulped and moved back while I continued, “Are you sure?” She looked here and there and then added, “Y – Yes… I am sure” I looked around and saw some students looking at us. “Aiden…” Dylan leaned to me and whispered, “Let’s go then” I looked at him and then looked at Giselle who looked nervous and frightened. I nodded and we walked away from there towards an empty classroom. “So Emily told that to everyone” Dylan said as we entered in the classroom. “Yes… She lied to us. She told us that only her friends know about this and the three names she took… I am sure Giselle wasn’t one of them” Mason said and Dylan nodded while I kept thinking. Dylan turned to me and asked, “What are you thinking, Aiden?” I slowly shoo
Aiden’s POV: “Why - why are you smiling?” Giselle asked from Mason. He laughed and said, “You will get to know very soon” She got confused and then turned around to look at us. She got nervous and looked back at Mason. “You tricked me into this” Giselle said to Mason resentfully. “Didn’t you lie?” I asked from behind. She turned around and I walked forward towards her. She moved back and was about to leave the room but I moved forward and rushed towards the door shutting it back again before she could leave. “Listen to me…” Giselle started and gulped. “Didn’t you lie to us?” I asked again and this time got louder. “I – I didn’t…” She started again. “Listen to me, you…” I paused and recalled her name and then continued, “Giselle… First of all you think deeply and carefully that if I will find that you were lying then you don’t know what I will do to you and you won’t be able to call anyone for help because I won’t leave you with an ability to speak even” She gulped and breat
Emily’s POV: I gulped and got tensed thinking if he would say anything to Melissa. “Dora…” Aiden called out again while walking towards me and continued, “Didn’t you hear me calling you?” “Do not go to him” Melissa whispered to me. I looked at her and got confused if I should actually listen to her. “Wh – Why?” I asked him. “Because you need to serve me, duh” He said and rolled his eyes. “Aren’t you done with that?” Melissa asked him. “Why would I be? I want her to serve me for the whole forty eight hours and that would end at 11 pm tomorrow” He replied. “But…” I started. “Shh…” He started and then took a few more steps towards me while I gulped and shivered. “Why are you so scared of him, Em?” Melissa whispered to me suspiciously. “I – I am not…” I said nervously. “Surely, you are” Aria whispered. I gulped and gave her a glance. As Aiden moved towards me, his ruthless memories came rushing into my mind and my hands started shivering as I kept looking at him timidly. “Yo
Aiden’s POV: I kept looking at the Maester and lowered my head for a moment before looking back at him. “I understand that, Maester. But I’d like to respectfully tell you something,” I said and took a step forward, looking into his eyes. “I won’t let anyone hurt her even if it means going against my pack and getting killed. And about me… You can kill me. I don’t mind but I want you to make sure that she would not be bothered again ever in her life.” I added.“What are you saying, Aiden?” Dylan whispered to me bitterly from behind, while I stood confidently in front of the Maester.“We cannot kill you, Aiden,” The Maester. “Now that you’re the alpha, it’s not possible to kill you,” he added and took another step forward. “But that girl…”“That girl should not be harmed. It’d turn me against my community, Maester,” I said sharply and he kept looking at me for a few seconds before looking away.“I heard about the fight. I know how immensely you love that human. But make sure that she st
Dylan’s POV: As Aiden and Austin moved towards each other, I turned to look at Emily and immediately carried her up in my arms to take her to a side. Suddenly, I saw Austin taking a leap towards Emily but Aiden attacked him from behind, digging his nails into Austin’s flesh and he screeched. Austin jumped out of Aiden’s grip and turned around to face him. They both glared into each other’s eyes and then growled before pacing forward and jumped up in the air, grabbing each other. Aiden once again dug his nails into Austin’s back and pulled him down to the ground with a thud after which he bit Austin on his shoulder and he wailed. I could see Aiden’s frustration in his eyes, the way he was biting and scratching Austin. Their fight continued for almost twenty minutes and they both seemed equally strong for each other. Finally, as Austin was injured and stepped down on his knees for a while, Aiden jumped up from behind and grabbed Austin, turning him around and pinning him to the ground.
Aiden’s POV: I kept walking towards Austin’s house while my pack paced ahead of me as I had planned. Suddenly, we heard Emily scream and I halted in my track.“It’s her, right?” Dylan asked me and I clenched my jaws, my eyes welling up.“He’s doing the biggest mistake of his life,” I added bitterly. “He’s going to die horribly,” I added.“Aiden, you need to calm down. She’ll be alright, don’t worry,” Mason said and I took a breath, before proceeding to walk forward. Finally we reached the house and I observed the surroundings closely to check how many wolves were there. I nodded at Dylan who signaled some of our men to go ahead from the left side while some went towards the right with dad leading them. I stood there in the middle, planning my way to kill Austin.Soon after we heard some howls and I realized that everyone there had turned. I was ready to turn too and proceed forward. However, my heart was racing with anxiety as I feared to see Emily. I didn’t want to see her in pain.
Aiden’s POV: He kept looking at me for a few seconds before taking a breath and lowering his head down.“Look, Aiden,” he started, rubbing his forehead with his fingertip. “I know you love her and if anything will happen to her then you’d be devastated. I don’t hate your relationship with her more than I care about you,” he added. “So I am going to come with you. They will help us,” he said confidently.“Us? Are you going to fight Austin with us?” Dylan asked him.“Of course. I cannot let Aiden be alone in this war,” he replied and placed his hand on my shoulder. I couldn’t believe him and kept looking at him wondering if he was the same person who hated my relationship with Emily so much that he wanted to kill her. Now he himself was ready to help me save her life.“Well, thanks. Shall we go now?” I asked and he nodded before we walked away from there.Dylan called everyone from our pack at our land’s clearing and they were quick enough to reach there within half an hour as their Al
Aiden’s POV: My blood was boiling thinking about how Austin managed to take Emily away from me. I promised her that I’d protect her at any cost and I failed. It made me feel disappointed in myself as I had her bracelet clenched in my hand.“Austin won. He took her away,” Lucas said in disappointment. “How the hell are we going to find her?” he added in frustration.“I know how,” I said and reached out for my phone in my pocket while they continued to look at me in confusion.“What are you doing?” Dylan asked me.“Are you calling Austin?” Mason asked as I began to call someone.“Hello,” I said as the person answered the phone. “Phil, did you do it?”“Yes, sir. I have got it,” Phil replied.“Great, where?” I asked.“Sir, I am sending you.” He replied.“Okay,” I said and hung up the call while a small smirk graced my face.“Who did you call?” Dylan asked me and I turned to Lucas.“Austin can never win against me, Luc. No one can,” I told him and he got more confused.“What are you sayin
Melissa’s POV: While dancing slowly with Dylan, I couldn’t help but glance around to see if Emily and Aiden could be seen.“Their meeting is going to last for a long time, I guess,” Dylan said and I blinked my eyes wide, looking at him.“How did you know that I was…?” I started.“I know, worrying about Emily,” he added and I lowered my eyes. “It’s okay. I don’t mind,” he said, smiling.“I am just worrying about how her meeting with Mr. Bill is going. This internship is very important for her. I hope she gets it. But why is this Bill guy taking so much time with each student?” I asked in frustration.“Oh, I am thinking the same,” Aria’s voice reached me as she moved towards me, while dancing slowly with Mason.“Do you think we should go and check on them?” I asked her, moving my hands away from Dylan.“Yes, we can,” Aria agreed.“No you guys cannot. Mr. Martin clearly told us that only those ten students should be around the staircase. He didn’t want any extra crowd there,” Mason poin
Emily’s POV: I was happy and excited to attend the party where I was going to meet Mr. Bill. I felt proud to be on Mr. Martin’s list and realized how my hard work finally paid off after so many years. With a smile on my face, I looked at myself in the mirror as I got dressed in an olive green knee-length A-line dress. The neckline was heart-shaped, and I left my hair loose on my shoulders."Be your best today, Emily," I told myself, taking a deep breath. Suddenly, the door swung open, and Aiden walked in, wearing a black suit with a black shirt and shiny black oxford shoes.“You look…” I stopped there as I adored him from up to down.“Hot?” he asked, walking inside. “Sexy? Handsome?” he asked further and reached my dressing table."Yes, everything you just said," I replied with a smile. "By the way, you've stopped knocking before entering the room since our first night together," I complained."Yep, because now I'm allowed to see you naked. So you can be in any condition, and I can w
Emily’s POV: I couldn't calm my breathing. My body was frozen in place, except for my eyes, which blinked rapidly. Nervousness, anxiety, and excitement washed over me. I recalled Aria's words and realized how wonderful it was to be with him. To feel his hands all over my body. To feel the warmth of his body against mine. To smell his pleasant scent so close. It had been incredible from the beginning when he kissed me to this moment, where I was lying in front of him, my legs spread apart and my chest heaving in anticipation as he held his erection, preparing to enter me.As his erection brushed against my vagina, I flinched and gasped, my heart racing."Relax. Just don't tighten up. Keep yourself loose," he suggested. I gulped and nodded, trusting him completely. With my heart skipping beats, I looked into his eyes as he slid his fingers between mine and moved forward, slowly sliding himself into me."Aah!" I let out a loud cry, moving my head up and grabbing his shoulder with my rig
Emily’s POV: I kept looking into his eyes as he moved his hands down to my waist and pulled me closer, making me gasp and swallow hard."I love you very much," he said, while I kept breathing heavily. "And because I love you, I don't want to rush into anything you're not comfortable with," he added. I blinked widely, realizing how understanding and considerate he was. I felt proud of myself for loving a guy who was selfless and humane, despite being an animal.“I don’t want you to feel any kind of pressure because you’re going through a lot right now. I want you to know that you can feel comfortable around me because we don’t have to do anything right now. It all can wait,” he told me and I blinked my eyes rapidly, feeling more love and passion for the man in front of me.“No,” I started and took a breath, before clenching his sleeves to keep him as close as possible. “I don’t want to wait. And I don’t want you to wait either,” I added and he kept staring into my eyes for a few secon
