Emily's POV: That night after bidding goodbye to my friends, I came back home and saw dad sleeping on the couch. I guess he waited for me and slept there. I felt bad for making him wait for me like that. He came back to the town to spend some time with me and I was busy with my Aiden - Eric drama. Those guys also took my senior year fun away from me. It was supposed to be a year filled with fun, happiness, creating memories and enjoying with my friends but it turned out to be a year with troubles, danger, adventure and most importantly the year when I met some unbelievable creatures, including myself. I kept looking at my dad for a while and then walked into his bedroom to get a blanket. As I covered him up with a blanket, he opened his eyes immediately and looked at me. "You got home" He said while stretching his hands. "Yeah... You can go to your bedroom" I said to him softly and he nodded before getting up from the couch. "Good night, sweetie" He said slowly and walked aw
Emily’s POV: “What? What was that?” I managed to speak up in confusion. “What is he sorry about?” I asked myself and kept blinking my eyes in confusion. It was weird and strange to have him apologize to me for no reason. I couldn’t move from there for a few seconds as I tried to figure out why he said that. Taking a deep breath, I shut my locker and walked away from there to find him and ask him the reason. As I walked towards the classroom, I kept looking around for him but he was nowhere to be found and so I assumed he must be in the classroom but to my surprise, as I entered the classroom, he wasn’t there either. Mason and Lucas weren’t there too. As I stood there in confusion, Eric’s voice came from the side, “Hey…” I turned to him and added, “Hi…” As I was about to go towards my friends at the back, Eric held my hand and stopped me there. “Are you not going to talk to me? Because I challenged Aiden?” Eric asked me resentfully. “It’s not about Aiden, Eric…” I added in fru
Emily’s POV: I couldn’t move my hands as he pinned them above my head with his one hand. I couldn’t move my legs as his half body weight was onto me. He was kissing deep into my mouth while I resisted for a bit but soon I found myself kissing him back and moaning. His lips were irresistible. I couldn’t stop myself from kissing him back passionately and I wanted more of him. He kept kissing me with his hands still holding my cheeks and I could feel myself getting lost in him. He was near me and I could smell his amazing body odor. His body was brushing against mine. His lips were onto mine. It was all perfect. I didn’t want that moment to end and so I was letting him do what he wanted. He left my hands and moved his hand to hold my arm, caressing it. I moaned again and my body began to move as I could feel a tingling sensation down there. I didn’t know what was happening to me but I wanted to squeeze my legs together and hold him tight, closer to me. His touch was magical. It was sof
Emily’s POV: As we reached to the back of the house near the parking lot, Dylan left my hand. “They could have heard there…” He added and I nodded and understood. “Oh okay, thanks, um…” I started hesitantly and cleared my throat before adding, “Do you have a problem with me?” “What made you say that?” He asked me in a serious tone. “This tone of yours… You were not looking at me. You didn’t even talk to me properly when I came here… What’s wrong?” I asked him. “Nothing is wrong… I am busy in my own thoughts…” He replied but I knew he was lying. “Did something happen between you and Aiden?” I asked him and he looked at me and then looked away. “No, nothing happened…” He replied while looking away. “Then what has happened to Aiden…?” I asked him. “What happened to him?” He asked back. “He was acting weird today… Also, he told me that I don’t know some things which are deadly… What are those things? I want to know…” I told him and he looked at me. He knew it. I could see it i
Aiden’s POV: I walked out of the house to get towards the car when someone’s voice came from behind, calling out my name. Surprisingly, it was Dylan’s voice. I turned around, raising my eye brow up and looked at him. “So you are talking to me?” I asked him in confusion. “No…” He said and looked away before sighing and adding, “I’m here to tell you that Emily has a suspicion that something’s going on…” “What do you mean?” I asked him anxiously. “I don’t know… Yesterday when she was leaving, she asked me if something happened between both of us and then she asked me about you…” He told me and I kept looking at him in confusion. “What did she say?” I asked him. “She said you told her about something deadly which she shouldn’t know… And she thought that I might know that so she was asking me…” He told me and I sighed in frustration. “If you are not…” He took a breath and continued, “If you are not willing to lift the curse then why did you tell her about this…?” Dylan asked me.
Emily’s POV: Eric showed me the sides where all the supporters would be sitting and I looked around and gulped as everyone chose their sides and got to their platforms while I stood there, still deciding whom I was supporting. “Emily…?” Eric started and I quivered and looked at him. “Are you really going to support Aiden?” He asked further. I took a breath and gulped before starting, “Eric, I – I don’t know…” “Emily, I am your friend…” Eric said resentfully and I bent my face down. “But the thing you did that day after the dinner wasn’t something a friend would do…” I said to him while he got embarrassed and bent his face down, nodding. “You’re right…” He said and gulped before adding further, “I should be punished for that and you know what…?” He took a step forward and continued, “You sitting there… Supporting him… That will be my punishment… And it’s going to be painful” As I kept looking at him, I saw some tears forming up in his eyes and I felt guilty for accusing him of
Emily’s POV: Everyone from Eric’s side kept on cheering while I stood there in shock as Eric kept beating Aiden and he wasn’t fighting back. “What is happening to Aiden?” Melissa asked me and I kept breathing heavily while the vision I saw, rushed into my mind again and I wondered if that blood was of Aiden’s. “Em…?” Melissa placed her hand on my shoulder and I quivered and looked at her. “What is happening to him?” Melissa asked me again and I couldn’t understand anything and couldn’t manage to speak anything either. “I – I don’t…” I started and then turned around immediately to walk towards Aiden’s friends. I ran towards them while they looked worried too. “That bastard… I will kill him…” Lucas looked angry. “Dylan, Lucas what happened?” I asked them while panting. “What did he say to Aiden? Why is he not fighting back…?” I asked them anxiously while they kept looking at the ring. “Dylan please tell me, why is he not fighting…?” I asked him and held his hand to add further,
Emily’s POV: I kept looking at Aiden as he was enraged and beating up Eric while he continued to bleed. I shook my head to a no and turned to Lucas to add, “How are we supposed to stop him from turning…?” “We can just try and talk to him and keep him awake…” Dylan answered. “What do you mean by keep him awake…?” I asked him anxiously while I saw Melissa and Aria coming towards us. “I mean, we can’t let the wolf inside wake up…” Dylan whispered to me and I gulped. “Em, Em… What is happening…? What did you say to Aiden that he got so angry…?” Melissa asked me as they reached us. “It was…” I started and then heard the crowd cheering Aiden’s name again and as I turned around I saw Eric lying on his back, losing consciousness while Aiden stood in front of him enraged and ready to beat him more. “10 seconds left…” The referee announced and Aiden knelt down beside Eric and began to beat him again while I cried and called out his name. “Aiden, stop, please…” I screamed, holding the r
Aiden’s POV: I kept looking at the Maester and lowered my head for a moment before looking back at him. “I understand that, Maester. But I’d like to respectfully tell you something,” I said and took a step forward, looking into his eyes. “I won’t let anyone hurt her even if it means going against my pack and getting killed. And about me… You can kill me. I don’t mind but I want you to make sure that she would not be bothered again ever in her life.” I added.“What are you saying, Aiden?” Dylan whispered to me bitterly from behind, while I stood confidently in front of the Maester.“We cannot kill you, Aiden,” The Maester. “Now that you’re the alpha, it’s not possible to kill you,” he added and took another step forward. “But that girl…”“That girl should not be harmed. It’d turn me against my community, Maester,” I said sharply and he kept looking at me for a few seconds before looking away.“I heard about the fight. I know how immensely you love that human. But make sure that she st
Dylan’s POV: As Aiden and Austin moved towards each other, I turned to look at Emily and immediately carried her up in my arms to take her to a side. Suddenly, I saw Austin taking a leap towards Emily but Aiden attacked him from behind, digging his nails into Austin’s flesh and he screeched. Austin jumped out of Aiden’s grip and turned around to face him. They both glared into each other’s eyes and then growled before pacing forward and jumped up in the air, grabbing each other. Aiden once again dug his nails into Austin’s back and pulled him down to the ground with a thud after which he bit Austin on his shoulder and he wailed. I could see Aiden’s frustration in his eyes, the way he was biting and scratching Austin. Their fight continued for almost twenty minutes and they both seemed equally strong for each other. Finally, as Austin was injured and stepped down on his knees for a while, Aiden jumped up from behind and grabbed Austin, turning him around and pinning him to the ground.
Aiden’s POV: I kept walking towards Austin’s house while my pack paced ahead of me as I had planned. Suddenly, we heard Emily scream and I halted in my track.“It’s her, right?” Dylan asked me and I clenched my jaws, my eyes welling up.“He’s doing the biggest mistake of his life,” I added bitterly. “He’s going to die horribly,” I added.“Aiden, you need to calm down. She’ll be alright, don’t worry,” Mason said and I took a breath, before proceeding to walk forward. Finally we reached the house and I observed the surroundings closely to check how many wolves were there. I nodded at Dylan who signaled some of our men to go ahead from the left side while some went towards the right with dad leading them. I stood there in the middle, planning my way to kill Austin.Soon after we heard some howls and I realized that everyone there had turned. I was ready to turn too and proceed forward. However, my heart was racing with anxiety as I feared to see Emily. I didn’t want to see her in pain.
Aiden’s POV: He kept looking at me for a few seconds before taking a breath and lowering his head down.“Look, Aiden,” he started, rubbing his forehead with his fingertip. “I know you love her and if anything will happen to her then you’d be devastated. I don’t hate your relationship with her more than I care about you,” he added. “So I am going to come with you. They will help us,” he said confidently.“Us? Are you going to fight Austin with us?” Dylan asked him.“Of course. I cannot let Aiden be alone in this war,” he replied and placed his hand on my shoulder. I couldn’t believe him and kept looking at him wondering if he was the same person who hated my relationship with Emily so much that he wanted to kill her. Now he himself was ready to help me save her life.“Well, thanks. Shall we go now?” I asked and he nodded before we walked away from there.Dylan called everyone from our pack at our land’s clearing and they were quick enough to reach there within half an hour as their Al
Aiden’s POV: My blood was boiling thinking about how Austin managed to take Emily away from me. I promised her that I’d protect her at any cost and I failed. It made me feel disappointed in myself as I had her bracelet clenched in my hand.“Austin won. He took her away,” Lucas said in disappointment. “How the hell are we going to find her?” he added in frustration.“I know how,” I said and reached out for my phone in my pocket while they continued to look at me in confusion.“What are you doing?” Dylan asked me.“Are you calling Austin?” Mason asked as I began to call someone.“Hello,” I said as the person answered the phone. “Phil, did you do it?”“Yes, sir. I have got it,” Phil replied.“Great, where?” I asked.“Sir, I am sending you.” He replied.“Okay,” I said and hung up the call while a small smirk graced my face.“Who did you call?” Dylan asked me and I turned to Lucas.“Austin can never win against me, Luc. No one can,” I told him and he got more confused.“What are you sayin
Melissa’s POV: While dancing slowly with Dylan, I couldn’t help but glance around to see if Emily and Aiden could be seen.“Their meeting is going to last for a long time, I guess,” Dylan said and I blinked my eyes wide, looking at him.“How did you know that I was…?” I started.“I know, worrying about Emily,” he added and I lowered my eyes. “It’s okay. I don’t mind,” he said, smiling.“I am just worrying about how her meeting with Mr. Bill is going. This internship is very important for her. I hope she gets it. But why is this Bill guy taking so much time with each student?” I asked in frustration.“Oh, I am thinking the same,” Aria’s voice reached me as she moved towards me, while dancing slowly with Mason.“Do you think we should go and check on them?” I asked her, moving my hands away from Dylan.“Yes, we can,” Aria agreed.“No you guys cannot. Mr. Martin clearly told us that only those ten students should be around the staircase. He didn’t want any extra crowd there,” Mason poin
Emily’s POV: I was happy and excited to attend the party where I was going to meet Mr. Bill. I felt proud to be on Mr. Martin’s list and realized how my hard work finally paid off after so many years. With a smile on my face, I looked at myself in the mirror as I got dressed in an olive green knee-length A-line dress. The neckline was heart-shaped, and I left my hair loose on my shoulders."Be your best today, Emily," I told myself, taking a deep breath. Suddenly, the door swung open, and Aiden walked in, wearing a black suit with a black shirt and shiny black oxford shoes.“You look…” I stopped there as I adored him from up to down.“Hot?” he asked, walking inside. “Sexy? Handsome?” he asked further and reached my dressing table."Yes, everything you just said," I replied with a smile. "By the way, you've stopped knocking before entering the room since our first night together," I complained."Yep, because now I'm allowed to see you naked. So you can be in any condition, and I can w
Emily’s POV: I couldn't calm my breathing. My body was frozen in place, except for my eyes, which blinked rapidly. Nervousness, anxiety, and excitement washed over me. I recalled Aria's words and realized how wonderful it was to be with him. To feel his hands all over my body. To feel the warmth of his body against mine. To smell his pleasant scent so close. It had been incredible from the beginning when he kissed me to this moment, where I was lying in front of him, my legs spread apart and my chest heaving in anticipation as he held his erection, preparing to enter me.As his erection brushed against my vagina, I flinched and gasped, my heart racing."Relax. Just don't tighten up. Keep yourself loose," he suggested. I gulped and nodded, trusting him completely. With my heart skipping beats, I looked into his eyes as he slid his fingers between mine and moved forward, slowly sliding himself into me."Aah!" I let out a loud cry, moving my head up and grabbing his shoulder with my rig
Emily’s POV: I kept looking into his eyes as he moved his hands down to my waist and pulled me closer, making me gasp and swallow hard."I love you very much," he said, while I kept breathing heavily. "And because I love you, I don't want to rush into anything you're not comfortable with," he added. I blinked widely, realizing how understanding and considerate he was. I felt proud of myself for loving a guy who was selfless and humane, despite being an animal.“I don’t want you to feel any kind of pressure because you’re going through a lot right now. I want you to know that you can feel comfortable around me because we don’t have to do anything right now. It all can wait,” he told me and I blinked my eyes rapidly, feeling more love and passion for the man in front of me.“No,” I started and took a breath, before clenching his sleeves to keep him as close as possible. “I don’t want to wait. And I don’t want you to wait either,” I added and he kept staring into my eyes for a few secon
