Emily’s POV: I kept looking at him as he said that. I wondered what he meant by saying that I would remember this trip. “Um, what? What do you mean?” I asked him as he drove speedily. “Nothing… You’ll get to know soon” He said and smirked making me nervous. “Are you going to let me enjoy this trip peacefully, Aiden? Why do you always have to annoy me and ruin my peace…?” I asked him resentfully. “You speak too much…” He said arrogantly while I kept looking at him resentfully. I took a deep breath and took off the shades while starting, “What’s with this gift?” “It’s not a gift” He said. “It is a gift… Why did you give me these?” I asked him. “Does there has to be a reason to give you something?” He asked and turned to look at me suspiciously while I gulped and looked away. “No, I mean… You ah…” I started hesitantly. “Never mind…” I added and began to look outside the window. “How much time is there to reach to Strand point?” I asked him. “Five minutes” He replied and took
Emily’s POV: “Open the door, please…” I cried and banged on the door again but no one answered or opened the door and my tears began to roll down to my cheeks. “How am I…?” I started but then realized that Aiden was sitting next to me so he must notice that I wasn’t there anymore. “He – he would come for me” I said anxiously and began to bang on the door again. “Aiden, Aiden…” I shouted his name but there was no answer. I cried, placing my hand on my forehead and thought about what I could do. “Emily…” The voice of my knight in shining armor came and my eyes sparkled with hope. “Aiden…” I cried out loud. “Emily, you in there?” It was Aiden. He banged on the door from the outside. “Yes, yes, Aiden… Please open the door, it’s stuck…” I cried anxiously and after a few seconds the door swung open. I saw Aiden looking at me anxiously while I looked at him with my eyes filled with tears. “Aiden…” I caught my breath and added, “You are here” I said happily but crying. I couldn’t brea
Emily’s POV: I was walking in the woods in between the huge long trees, hearing the birds chirping and smiling. It was about to get dark but it was very peaceful and soothing. I crushed the dried leaves under my feet as I walked deep into the woods looking around. I was looking for something or maybe someone. I kept looking around the woods to find it but suddenly I tripped over something and fell down. Groaning in pain, I got up, dusting off my hands when suddenly I heard something pass behind me. Gasping for air, I quickly turned around to look but there was no one. I kept breathing heavily when I heard something growling. It was a monstrous voice and I couldn’t help but gulp down and continued to breathe heavily while walking towards that voice. I could feel myself getting closer to danger but I kept walking. I was scared but felt confident enough to walk towards it as if it wasn’t going to hurt me. The growling continued and got louder making me skip a beat and I noticed somethin
Emily’s POV: “What?” I asked him in shock. “Are you sure sir?” The manager asked Aiden. “Why are you asking him? Ask me…” I said sharply to the manager while he got nervous. “She is going to stay with me” Aiden added leaning towards his room door. “No…” I replied and then turned to the manager to add, “I want a room. A separate one” “I can understand but I am afraid I won’t be able to provide you one… We have no room, ma’am” The manager said. “Well, that’s not my problem…” I argued back when Aiden began to walk towards me, making me nervous. “Don’t always argue so much… Okay?” He said to me bitterly upon reaching to me. “But…” I started. “You go and carry her bag to my room” Aiden said to the staff and he immediately entered my room to get my bag. “And you…” Aiden continued to the manager, “You go away. We’ll manage” “Thank you so much, sir” The manager said to him and walked away from there while I stood there looking at Aiden resentfully. “You can’t always make me do wha
Aiden’s POV: I kept looking at her furtively as she walked towards the chair and sat down with her legs resting on the other chair. I couldn’t believe her caring for me. It felt good to see someone care about you so much. She could have been feeling cold but she gave her blanket to me. I couldn’t help but think about what Dylan said about her in love with me. I wanted to ask her. I wanted her to confess to me because I wanted to confess her too. The anxiety was growing inside of me thinking about how I will confess to her about my feelings and how she will react on it. I wondered if she would accept my reality and my world. I wondered if I should tell her my reality first because I didn’t want to deceive her about anything. I looked at her and realized that she fell asleep. I will tell you everything tomorrow, Emily! I thought while looking at her and then stood up from the bed to walk towards her. I looked at her sleeping peacefully and couldn’t help but touch her cheek, caressing i
Emily’s POV: Since we dived into the water, I didn’t leave Aiden’s hand for once. We were together for the whole time. He made me go deep down into the water and I couldn’t help but admire the world beneath. It was extremely peaceful and beautiful. I couldn’t believe this world could be that mesmerizing. As we went deeper, we saw some beautiful fishes which I had never seen ever before in my life. I didn’t even know their names as they were so unique and different. I wanted to smile and thank Aiden for insisting me to come with him because I would have never been able to experience this on my own. I would have never agreed to do this if Aiden wasn’t there. I kept looking at him and realized the goodness inside of him. The way he was looking at those fishes and taking interest in their world made me think of how lively he was from the inside. I began to feel more for him. I began to like him more. It was beautiful to be in such a different world with him. I wanted to stay there forev
Aiden’s POV: I looked at Emily sitting with someone else on that boat, kayaking with him which was bothering me. I could feel myself burning to look at her enjoying with someone else which made me kayak towards her boat. “Where are we going?” Sheena asked me from behind. “To a different side” I replied and kept kayaking until we reached near Emily’s boat but suddenly she stood up from her boat and I happen to hear their conversation when suddenly I heard a noise. “Aiden…” Sheena called me out and I turned around to look at her, touching her foot and crying. “Now what happened to you?” I asked her. “I – I tried to stand up to come to you but then the boat began to move and I fell down…” She cried out and as I turned to help her suddenly I heard Emily screaming. I turned around immediately and watched her falling into the water. “Emily…” I shouted her name. “Aiden, sit down…” Sheena said. “She can take care of herself, Aiden… You don’t need to protect her every time” Sheena add
Emily’s POV: I couldn’t believe what I just saw. I watched Josh hitting Aiden and cutting his hand and I saw him bleed but when I held his hand I saw nothing there. It was all clean with not even a scratch on his hand. I kept looking at him in shock while he didn’t say anything. “Aiden? I saw…” I started anxiously. “No… I didn’t get hurt” He said and moved his hand away. “But I saw that blood dropping down on the ground…” I argued. “It wasn’t my blood. It was Josh’s blood, Emily. Don’t think too much” He said and once again moved towards Josh to hit him but Liam helped Josh to stand up and moved him away. “Aiden, you need to calm down…” Liam added while everyone gathered around us. “We are heading back to the hotel” He added further to everyone. “Aiden…” Sheena’s voice came from the side and she came running to us. “Are you okay?” She asked him and he began to talk to her while I kept looking at his hand where I thought I saw the cut. I wondered if I misunderstood everything a
Aiden’s POV: I kept looking at the Maester and lowered my head for a moment before looking back at him. “I understand that, Maester. But I’d like to respectfully tell you something,” I said and took a step forward, looking into his eyes. “I won’t let anyone hurt her even if it means going against my pack and getting killed. And about me… You can kill me. I don’t mind but I want you to make sure that she would not be bothered again ever in her life.” I added.“What are you saying, Aiden?” Dylan whispered to me bitterly from behind, while I stood confidently in front of the Maester.“We cannot kill you, Aiden,” The Maester. “Now that you’re the alpha, it’s not possible to kill you,” he added and took another step forward. “But that girl…”“That girl should not be harmed. It’d turn me against my community, Maester,” I said sharply and he kept looking at me for a few seconds before looking away.“I heard about the fight. I know how immensely you love that human. But make sure that she st
Dylan’s POV: As Aiden and Austin moved towards each other, I turned to look at Emily and immediately carried her up in my arms to take her to a side. Suddenly, I saw Austin taking a leap towards Emily but Aiden attacked him from behind, digging his nails into Austin’s flesh and he screeched. Austin jumped out of Aiden’s grip and turned around to face him. They both glared into each other’s eyes and then growled before pacing forward and jumped up in the air, grabbing each other. Aiden once again dug his nails into Austin’s back and pulled him down to the ground with a thud after which he bit Austin on his shoulder and he wailed. I could see Aiden’s frustration in his eyes, the way he was biting and scratching Austin. Their fight continued for almost twenty minutes and they both seemed equally strong for each other. Finally, as Austin was injured and stepped down on his knees for a while, Aiden jumped up from behind and grabbed Austin, turning him around and pinning him to the ground.
Aiden’s POV: I kept walking towards Austin’s house while my pack paced ahead of me as I had planned. Suddenly, we heard Emily scream and I halted in my track.“It’s her, right?” Dylan asked me and I clenched my jaws, my eyes welling up.“He’s doing the biggest mistake of his life,” I added bitterly. “He’s going to die horribly,” I added.“Aiden, you need to calm down. She’ll be alright, don’t worry,” Mason said and I took a breath, before proceeding to walk forward. Finally we reached the house and I observed the surroundings closely to check how many wolves were there. I nodded at Dylan who signaled some of our men to go ahead from the left side while some went towards the right with dad leading them. I stood there in the middle, planning my way to kill Austin.Soon after we heard some howls and I realized that everyone there had turned. I was ready to turn too and proceed forward. However, my heart was racing with anxiety as I feared to see Emily. I didn’t want to see her in pain.
Aiden’s POV: He kept looking at me for a few seconds before taking a breath and lowering his head down.“Look, Aiden,” he started, rubbing his forehead with his fingertip. “I know you love her and if anything will happen to her then you’d be devastated. I don’t hate your relationship with her more than I care about you,” he added. “So I am going to come with you. They will help us,” he said confidently.“Us? Are you going to fight Austin with us?” Dylan asked him.“Of course. I cannot let Aiden be alone in this war,” he replied and placed his hand on my shoulder. I couldn’t believe him and kept looking at him wondering if he was the same person who hated my relationship with Emily so much that he wanted to kill her. Now he himself was ready to help me save her life.“Well, thanks. Shall we go now?” I asked and he nodded before we walked away from there.Dylan called everyone from our pack at our land’s clearing and they were quick enough to reach there within half an hour as their Al
Aiden’s POV: My blood was boiling thinking about how Austin managed to take Emily away from me. I promised her that I’d protect her at any cost and I failed. It made me feel disappointed in myself as I had her bracelet clenched in my hand.“Austin won. He took her away,” Lucas said in disappointment. “How the hell are we going to find her?” he added in frustration.“I know how,” I said and reached out for my phone in my pocket while they continued to look at me in confusion.“What are you doing?” Dylan asked me.“Are you calling Austin?” Mason asked as I began to call someone.“Hello,” I said as the person answered the phone. “Phil, did you do it?”“Yes, sir. I have got it,” Phil replied.“Great, where?” I asked.“Sir, I am sending you.” He replied.“Okay,” I said and hung up the call while a small smirk graced my face.“Who did you call?” Dylan asked me and I turned to Lucas.“Austin can never win against me, Luc. No one can,” I told him and he got more confused.“What are you sayin
Melissa’s POV: While dancing slowly with Dylan, I couldn’t help but glance around to see if Emily and Aiden could be seen.“Their meeting is going to last for a long time, I guess,” Dylan said and I blinked my eyes wide, looking at him.“How did you know that I was…?” I started.“I know, worrying about Emily,” he added and I lowered my eyes. “It’s okay. I don’t mind,” he said, smiling.“I am just worrying about how her meeting with Mr. Bill is going. This internship is very important for her. I hope she gets it. But why is this Bill guy taking so much time with each student?” I asked in frustration.“Oh, I am thinking the same,” Aria’s voice reached me as she moved towards me, while dancing slowly with Mason.“Do you think we should go and check on them?” I asked her, moving my hands away from Dylan.“Yes, we can,” Aria agreed.“No you guys cannot. Mr. Martin clearly told us that only those ten students should be around the staircase. He didn’t want any extra crowd there,” Mason poin
Emily’s POV: I was happy and excited to attend the party where I was going to meet Mr. Bill. I felt proud to be on Mr. Martin’s list and realized how my hard work finally paid off after so many years. With a smile on my face, I looked at myself in the mirror as I got dressed in an olive green knee-length A-line dress. The neckline was heart-shaped, and I left my hair loose on my shoulders."Be your best today, Emily," I told myself, taking a deep breath. Suddenly, the door swung open, and Aiden walked in, wearing a black suit with a black shirt and shiny black oxford shoes.“You look…” I stopped there as I adored him from up to down.“Hot?” he asked, walking inside. “Sexy? Handsome?” he asked further and reached my dressing table."Yes, everything you just said," I replied with a smile. "By the way, you've stopped knocking before entering the room since our first night together," I complained."Yep, because now I'm allowed to see you naked. So you can be in any condition, and I can w
Emily’s POV: I couldn't calm my breathing. My body was frozen in place, except for my eyes, which blinked rapidly. Nervousness, anxiety, and excitement washed over me. I recalled Aria's words and realized how wonderful it was to be with him. To feel his hands all over my body. To feel the warmth of his body against mine. To smell his pleasant scent so close. It had been incredible from the beginning when he kissed me to this moment, where I was lying in front of him, my legs spread apart and my chest heaving in anticipation as he held his erection, preparing to enter me.As his erection brushed against my vagina, I flinched and gasped, my heart racing."Relax. Just don't tighten up. Keep yourself loose," he suggested. I gulped and nodded, trusting him completely. With my heart skipping beats, I looked into his eyes as he slid his fingers between mine and moved forward, slowly sliding himself into me."Aah!" I let out a loud cry, moving my head up and grabbing his shoulder with my rig
Emily’s POV: I kept looking into his eyes as he moved his hands down to my waist and pulled me closer, making me gasp and swallow hard."I love you very much," he said, while I kept breathing heavily. "And because I love you, I don't want to rush into anything you're not comfortable with," he added. I blinked widely, realizing how understanding and considerate he was. I felt proud of myself for loving a guy who was selfless and humane, despite being an animal.“I don’t want you to feel any kind of pressure because you’re going through a lot right now. I want you to know that you can feel comfortable around me because we don’t have to do anything right now. It all can wait,” he told me and I blinked my eyes rapidly, feeling more love and passion for the man in front of me.“No,” I started and took a breath, before clenching his sleeves to keep him as close as possible. “I don’t want to wait. And I don’t want you to wait either,” I added and he kept staring into my eyes for a few secon
