Gemma listened attentively as she called her assistant.

“Find everything about City X's most powerful man.” Gemma said as she wrote down everything Alison narrated.

“That's all.” Alison ended after what seemed to be a long rant.

“So the development plans don't have any benefits for the people.” Gemma asked one final time, just to be sure.

“They are literally making a whole community ho homless for their grand hotel, it's absurd!” Alison huffed.

“It's not if the occupants are properly compensated.”

“That's the problem they paid only the landlords and had them evacuate occupants forcefully.” Alison chipped in angrily.

“And you suspect Thao Gang for this?” Gemma asked Alison.

“Yes, members of the gangs have taken it upon their self to see us out of the place.” Alison spat angrily.

“Alright then, I'll investigate further and appear in court as your attorney, so don't worry.” Gemma ended as Alison's eyes sparkled with joy.
