Chapter 26

I got undressed, went to my bathroom, and got in the shower. As I stood under the hot piercing spray coming from my shower head, I found myself thinking about Lyca again. I wondered if she was still as beautiful as I remembered her. I also wondered what, exactly, I felt for her. It had to be more than the fact that sex with her had been fantastic. I had all the sex I could handle, and then some, but in spite of that, I had never been able to get Lyca out of her mind. I liked her a lot and had liked being with her and talking with her in addition to the fact that she was a terrific lover. “She’s someone I wouldn’t mind spending the rest of my life with,” I thought, and was surprised by the idea.
