12 Half truth

When Elaina reached home, she moved straight to her bedroom. Exploring her stuff, she picked up a jewellery box. She was crying while opening the package. She picked up the jewellery and removed the velvet stand. She pulled out some papers from it. These papers were quite old. They are like letters from someone.

Maybe, those letters were too crucial for Elaina. Seeing those letters, she cried hard. There was no one to console her. She remembered someone and smiled painfully, saying in a low tone, "If you were here, nothing would be like that."

She unfolded the letters and started reading the papers, sitting before the cupboard. Tears were flowing down her cheeks. Once she had done reading those letters, she wiped off her tears. Hugging those letters, she cried and smiled. She was confused about her own feelings.

After a long time, she placed those letters back under the box and covered them with her jewellery. Putting the box back in the locker, she locked the safe and the cupboard. S
