Chapter 5. I Am Pregnant

Archie’s son was not something she wanted!

Archie stretched his long legs and walked out.

Feeling the Boss’s suddenly cold breath, several assistants stared at him, not knowing what was going on.

I had just spoken to a London company representative and it seemed like I was enjoying the spring breeze, but in an instant, I already felt cold!

The assistants immediately followed him, afraid that something would happen again to Mr. Archie.

Archie walked out of the company, opened the car door, started the engine, and drove off!

The performance of the 3 million dollar Aston Martin One-77 was of course outstanding, and Archie was gone in an instant.

The assistants could only see the shadow of Archie’s car.

“Quick, catch up!” Some assistants looked a little dumbfounded.

It looks like the Boss is very angry, otherwise he wouldn’t be driving so fast!

Archie called Assistant A at the hospital while driving. “Tell me, what happened?”

Assistant A was excited while holding the phone, and quickly answered. “The doctor just confirmed the diagnosis. This female staff is already six weeks pregnant, and the baby is very healthy.”

Archie narrowed his eyes.

The first time this woman was given to him, and he was her first man, there was no doubt about it.

And, six weeks! Could it be that night!

Then this child is... Archie’s!

As he thought of this possibility, the air pressure around her became lower and lower.

No wonder she hadn’t taken the check when it was presented!

So here’s an idea!

What does 5 million mean to Archie?

If she gives birth to Archie’s family heir, not 5 million, not even 50 billion!

What a cunning woman!

What a pity she thought she was innocent!

Woman, you should be dead!

The Aston Martin made a beautiful movement and suddenly stopped in front of the hospital door.

As soon as Archie got out of the car, he saw that all the medical staff from the hospital to the director had prepared, and they all stood respectfully at the door to welcome him.

Archie was stunned, He came to the hospital on his own initiative, He didn’t tell anyone from the hospital who greeted him at the door.

The hospital director was obviously surprised when he saw Archie, but he quickly reacted and came to greet him. “Mr. Archie, why did you come directly to the hospital?”

The corners of Archie’s eyes lifted slightly. There seemed to be another great opportunity coming to the hospital.

This hospital was a private hospital under the Archie Consortium. Who can afford to hold such a grand ceremony?

The hospital director immediately replied respectfully. “Ah, right! The great madam is here and is inside right now!”

Archie was a little surprised again, and a bad premonition flashed in his heart.

Why was grandma here? All her physical examinations were done at home, and she didn’t need to come to the hospital at all!

Archie didn’t dare stay any longer. He stepped forward and walked in. “Where is grandma now?”

“The great madam is visiting a patient in the upper ward.”

Archie quickly entered the exclusive elevator and appeared directly in the ward, on the top floor.

Rather than a hospital room, it would be more appropriate to call it a penthouse.

Panoramic roof windows, floor-to-ceiling windows.

Custom-made Italian handmade carpets, British royal crystal chandeliers, and custom-designed furniture by renowned French artists.

Even the most conspicuous screws are all handmade, polished and air-freighted from overseas.

Only direct descendants of the NA family are eligible to live in this neighborhood. In other words, only the great madam, Archie’s parents, Archie and his future wife and children were eligible to live in such a prominent neighborhood.

Others are not eligible to stay and can only live in the neighborhood on the next floor.

This is status, this is direct lineage.

Before Archie reached the ward door, he heard grandma’s warm laughter. “Okay, okay, as long as this child can grow up safely, our family will not treat you badly!”

Archie turned the corner and saw his grandmother talking with a smile to the obstetrician, a doctor in our hospital who was in charge of the NA family’s offspring.

As soon as Archie appeared, the medical staff immediately greeted him respectfully. “Congratulations to the great madam, congratulations to Mr. Archie! The young lady is in good health, and the child is developing well.”

The doctor’s words made Archie’s expression suddenly change!

“Grandma!” He held back her anger and looked at the others with slightly raised eyes. Her powerful aura forced the others back two steps.

“You all go down first. I have something to say to Madam.”

There was an undeniable majesty to Archie’s calm tone.

The men quickly left, leaving room for the two top leaders of the NA Consortium.

The grandmother looked at her grandson. This was her favorite and proudest grandchild of her life.

“Grandma, why are you here?” Archie asked in a gentle tone after everyone had left. “If you are not feeling well, why don’t you ask the doctor to come to your house?”

“What tricks are you playing on me? Don’t think I don’t know.” The old lady couldn’t hide the joy on her face. She happily said, “This has to do with the fourth generation of our family. How could I not come for such an important matter?”
