Extra Chapter 3. Making a Daughter

As soon as he saw his wife walking towards him, Max spontaneously raised his hand from the laptop. With wide eyes, he turned his chair to face the woman who was only wearing a thin dress.

"Is Cayden asleep yet?" the man whispered with two eyebrows raised in enthusiasm.

"Yes, but in bed. He doesn't want to sleep in his crib,” Gabriella replied, placing herself on her husband's lap. With slightly pursed lips, she studied the design displayed on the laptop screen. "Is your work still unfinished?"

"A little more, but I can finish it by tomorrow morning," Max said quickly. A second later, his hands began to explore. "So, can we start now?" he asked in a low, sighing voice.

Knowing that her husband was impatient, Gabriella pointed her finger at the laptop. “Are you sure you don't want to finish it first? Shouldn't you present this design at the client meeting tomorrow?"

"I can do it even five minutes before the meeting, Gaby," the man nodded
