Before Sebastian could reach Mia, Julian had grabbed him by the arm.

"Don't bother her," the CEO said emphatically.

"Why? You know that I can hardly stand to see people as arrogant as your brother. That girl is one of them.”

A second later, Sebastian pushed Julian's hand away and continued walking. However, the CEO again stopped in his tracks.

"I said, don't bother her."

Sebastian snorted in disbelief. "Are you really in a love triangle with Mia?"

"She is mine."

An exasperated sigh suddenly escaped from Amber's mouth. Her ears were hot at Julian's statement.

"Are you crazy? Since when did that girl become yours? You're already tied to me," the lady said through a pinched vocal cord.

"Haven't we already broken up?"

Furious with the commotion that was going on, Sebastian chuckled and jerked his arm. "I better get out of here."

With quick steps, the man left the room. Little did he know that the CEO

Amber's eyeballs moved to the left and right. Since getting out of the elevator, the employees kept whispering while glancing at her. "What's wrong with them? Have they never seen anyone as beautiful as me?” the lady thought without changing her expression. Confidently, she swung her slender legs. However, the more employees she passed, the more laughter she heard. Curiosity gradually turned to suspicion. "What are they laughing at?" the lady thought sarcastically, trying to keep a frown from forming on her face. After a few moments, Amber lifted the phone in front of her face. As soon as she saw the near-perfect reflection, the lady let out a faint breath and continued walking. "Perhaps they have never seen a woman as beautiful as me." Suddenly, two female employees blocked her way. With a lopsided smile, one of them greeted, “Hello, Miss Lim. How are you?" Amber blinked with flat expression. She didn't know who the questioner

“Julian is totally an idiot,” Sebastian muttered as he swung a car key at his index finger. “Why would he think of the bastard? He must have taken advantage. The golden opportunity is already in his hands. Why would he just throw it away?” While snorting, the man pressed a button on the lock. Without any warning, a woman suddenly bumped into his shoulder. The coffee that the woman was about to drink, spilled. "Ouch!" the woman screamed because the cold liquid felt up to her chest. In just an instant, Sebastian's eyes opened wide. The thin white shirt had turned transparent. He could see two button clearly under it. "Oh my gosh! I'm really sorry, Miss. I wasn't careful enough," the man said, grabbing a handkerchief and handing it to the woman. "No, Sir. I'm the one who wasn't careful enough," the woman said as she accepted the man's gift and began to wipe. She wasn't ashamed to rub on what Sebastian wanted so badly. Noticing the two cha

"Why are you looking at me like that, Sir?" Camilla asked, dropping the shirt on the floor. The woman was happy because the man in front of her had been hypnotized by the beauty she had deliberately displayed. With narrowed eyes, Sebastian asked, "Would you like to pay for my kindness?" Camilla spontaneously smiled and walked over. "Of course. That's what I came here for. Do you mind?" "Of course not. I am actually honored to get this valuable opportunity,” the man said as he could not turn away from the challenging circles. His fingers had been twitching for the perfect timing. "Then what are you waiting for?" the woman whispered while taking Sebastian's hand. A second later, Camilla closed her eyes, enjoying the warmth that covered her prided thing. That's what she wanted to do from the first sight with the man. Realizing that he is dealing with an aggressive woman, Sebastian stepped up the play. Without waiting for permission or ord

“Stop lowering your head, Gaby. I'm not mad at you," Max said as he noticed the woman sitting next to him was still frowning. “But, I feel guilty. What if your words become true? Sebastian come here to avenge what I did." Hearing Gabriella's regret and concern, the man sighed and stroked her head. "It will not happen. I only scared you. After all, he doesn't know that you are involved in setting up the trap." With pursed lips and furrowed brows, the woman considered her husband's words. "But he could have traced Camilla's trail leading to Rose, then to me, then ending with you," Gabriella explained curtly. Her thoughts had been clouded by the image of Sebastian's face filled with hatred. A second later, Max kissed his wife's forehead. “Gaby, didn't you promise not to talk about Quebracha? Since Sebastian is also part of that company, how about you ignore him too?” The woman suddenly took a deep breath. “Should we buy two tasers like Mi

“Max …” Gabriella sighed with a very red face. Her slightly opened mouth had trouble uttering words. The air was scrambling in and out, competing to send oxygen that burned very quickly.Again, the woman tried to call her husband. "Max ...!"However, the man had absolutely no intention of reducing the pressure. He was too eager to take his wife to the highest peak. The water that had reached their feet was completely ignored, nor was the blue spark that sparkled every time it jerked.Unable to contain the turmoil in her body, Gabriella's moans grew shrill. Gripping the bluish sand, she looked up to welcome the warm onslaught of Max's troops. "Whoa!" Cayden sighed as his father placed him on the back of a pony. With round eyes, he surveyed his height from the ground. Even though it was not much, the toddler in the cowboy hat still showed a happy smile. “How is it, Little Evans? Are you happy?” the woman who held the horse's rein asked. Not daring to move much, Cayden nodded at a limited angle. "Yes, Greta. I am happy. It's thrilling!” he answered enthusiastically. “Thrilling?” Gabriella muttered, furrowing an eyebrow. While continuing to rock her niece, the woman expressed astonishment. “Where did you learn that word, Little Prince?” "Daddy often mentions it," the toddler replied, successfully making his father wince. "Daddy said that the nights spent with Mom were always thrilling." As Gabriella glared at her husband, Greta burst out laughing. "Gosh, Max. I think you should be more careful now. Your genius son can absorb all the words you speak.” "Right. I'll be more caref

"If you kept avoiding me, I would really quit the company," Julian said, successfully freezing Mr. Hunt's steps. The old man was then blinking, digesting the words he thought he heard wrong. “Actually, my position as a CEO is being threatened for some reasons. I tried to keep it a secret from all of you. I didn't even let Mia know. But as it turned out, it wasn't easy at all. My mind became adrift. And because the burden was too heavy, my emotions finally exploded. I'm so sorry it had to happen in front of you." Hearing the tone that seemed honest, Mr. Hunt slowly turned his focus. Two seconds later, he saw the tears slide from the grandson's eyes. "I've tried to be strong and tough, Grandpa. I thought I could solve all problems. But it turns out, I haven’t found any solution yet. That's why I was angry when I failed to find Grace and you at the cemetery. It got me think that I am a useless man," Julian explained with the gloomy eyes landed on the grass.

“Tsk, why does Grandpa run away like this? It just makes me feel even guiltier,” Julian grumbled between gasping breaths. After a few moments of struggling with the noise in his brain, Julian finally shook his head and blinked strongly. "No, no. Grandpa must be there. I'll take him home and things will automatically return to the way they were before," the man nodded, fostering hope. Ignoring the anxiety that kept swirling in his mind, he went faster. Unfortunately, as soon as Julian passed the cemetery gates, his steps were frozen. His jaw was dropping while his eyelids were lifted to the maximum. What he had hoped for quickly turned into disappointment. "No way! This is impossible!” he curs

Mia answered with a grimace."Is that enough?" the man asked doubtfully. He began to realize that his anger had indeed crossed the line.Pondering, the woman nodded. “As long as it's sincere, Grandpa will definitely forgive you. “Greta, have you prepared delicious toast for us?” Cayden asked as the hostess opened the door wider to welcome him. Seeing her father was still able to walk, the woman with high arch of the brows spontaneously sighed in relief. After shaking her head for a moment, she turned her gaze to the toddler who was still holding Mr. Hunt's hand and waiting for her response. "Of course I have. There is also strawberry jam for you. "Sorry, Julian. I took Grace to see your grandmother for a while. Now, I intend to take her home. We're not wandering around or straying like you said," Mister Hunt explained with an indescribable expression. Even so, his hoarse voice was able to touch the hearts of the listeners, apart from his grandson. "But the way home is over there, Grandpa!" Julian snapped, still with eyebrows raised to the max. The young man didn't feel sorry at all for the hunched back that was getting weighed down by guilt. "I really can’t understand what’s on your mind. Don't you realize that your recklessness can lead to trouble? Didn't we agree to go together? Why did you secretly take Grace away?” he continued, thickening the wrinkles on his grandfather's forehead. Sensing her father's anger, Little Princess began to furrow her brows. Arriving at the cemetery, Julian was taken aback. What he saw was completely beyond expectation. There were no old man and baby among the tombstones. The grandfather and Grace left absolutely no trace. "This is impossible," Julian muttered as he quickened his pace. Neglecting his initial attempt to remain calm, the man sped toward the direction Greta had given. After searching for a while, he finally found the grandmother's name on one of the stones. “Right, this is the place. They should be here," Julian sighed, sounding desperate. With deep furrows, he circled around, trying to find any trace of either his daughter or Grandpa Hunt. Unfortunately, as far as the eye could see, the two remained off the radar. Confusion instantly grew bigger in Julian’s mind. "Tsk, how could it be like this?" he grumbled while clutching his head. Knowing that irritation, Mia gently touched her husband's arm. Carefully, Mr. Hunt wiped his great-granddaughter's cheek. Grace's red eyes no longer shed sadness. However, the old man still felt guilty for making the baby cry. "I'm sorry, Grace. I should have walked more calmly so you wouldn't wake up," he whispered in between his ragged breaths. After her face had been dry, Grace rested her head on Mister Hunt's shoulder. Blinking slowly, she pursed her lips. The furrow of her tiny brows indicated that she still wanted to roll up in the blanket on the crib. The baby wondered why she was with her great-grandfather, sitting on a long bench at the edge of a path. “When I was young, I only need fifteen minutes to arrive at your great-grandmother's grave. But now, why does it feel so long and tiring?” Mr. Hunt grumbled as he wiped his forehead with one hand. After one quick breath, the old man stood up again and held Grace in his languid arms. Although the baby was a bit heavy, his lips still curled up warmly.
