Chapter 86: Friendly

Kathleen is sleeping peacefully, Barbara had to go on her morning workout, just jogging a few lanes, and she noticed someone was following her, she reduced her space and tried to be ready to attack if that was the case.

"It's you?" Barbara said with a weak smile seeing the face of the man.

"Yep! Good morning!"

"What are you doing here?"

"Did your grandpa say no one else is allowed in the estate?" Barbara laughed.

"You shouldn't take my words to heart, I was only surprised to see you."

"Oh! I have a business trip in this city, and while working in it, a little fitness for my body, will not be all bad."

"Sure, let's go then." Gordon smiles inwardly, seeing that Barbara is not going to suspect him that much.

"The atmosphere is nice and conducive to recreation and fitness," Gordon comments seeing how far they have gone but Barbara is still not starting a conversation with him.
