Chapter 124: Losing him

It's Monday morning already, and everyone is back to work, including Barbara. Dante keeps picking and dropping the different files in his office, he is getting frustrated, and he keeps spacing out, like his mind is wandering away, Barbara is watching his movement.

Yet again, he is having dark circles under his eyes, the man must be stressed probably having Insomnia.

"Oh! Did he work all night because he did not show up at the office for two days?" Barbara thought to herself then sighed, she felt worried that she might be part of the stress.

He wanted to smile but then bit his lower lips to prevent the smile from escaping his lips then used his hand to indicate that she should come over to his office, she stood up in a hurry.
