Dreams or Nightmares?

Will's eyes fell open and his lids blinked tiredly at the strange yet familiar ceiling. Did he fall asleep? The morning light brightened up the room and he swallowed in disbelief as he wondered how he had slept off without rounding up his work. He sat up with a groan and felt the need to fall back asleep.

But then he freezes up as he looked to his side and notices the bed that had held Zayn up until the night, was now empty. His mouth fell open and he felt his heart beat in fear, what happened? Where is Zayn?
