Hey everyone, it's your dear Author Autumn, haha, and I'm dropping this note first to apologize for the inconvenience and then to bring to your notice that the two previous chapters before this of CEO'S WITCH, Request and Acceptance, has been changed and sadly the changes won't be reflected until you delete the book from your library and resubscribe. Which I do encourage you to do, inorder to avoid confusion from the next chapter.
Once again I'm sorry for this, I had to make the changes 'cause I felt the previous model was too rushed and I didn't want you to have that. But if you already have your chapter ending with Mrs. Crawford losing consciousness, then I believe resubscribing would no longer be necessary.And then lastly, I'm just going to say a big thank you all for your support, gems, reviews, and your comments. Will sat across Mrs. Crawford on the bed as they held on to their game faces, trying to figure out the next move to play on the chess board. "Checkmate." Will moved his pawn and left Mrs. Crawford with a defeated look."How did you get so good at this?" she whined and Will chuckled"Zayn taught me.""Fair enough." she nodded and Will glanced back at the door.Why is it taking so long to see the doctor? Was it that serious? he thought. Just then, the door fell open and his eyes brightened as Zayn came in sight, but his mouth also stayed shut as he saw the doctor come in behind Zayn. "I was just wondering why you were taking so long," Mrs. Crawford stated and the doctor smiled"I'm sorry, I guess I did hold him up for too long." "A minute earlier and you could have saved me from getting as ass kicked." she replied as her eyes went up to squint at Will with a smile. Will returned the gesture and his eyes shifted to Zayn who looked even worse than he did before he left for the office.

"...ll ...ll," Will's eyes groggily fell open and the ringing in his ears made him groan out softly, his head hurt, his body felt weak, and his eyes could barely stay open. It took him a while to pick up the sound of someone yelling out his name. "...my god, Will! Will, are you okay?!" His eyes slowly made out the picture of the figure in his line of sight. What? What's going on? he thought with a squint and blinked again "Mrs. Crawford?" "Oh god, thank goodness you're okay, are you hurt?" Will fell silent as he blinked once more and frowned at the sight of Mrs. Crawford tied up to a chair that stayed six feets away from him. "What the hell?" his voice came out weakly as he struggled to hold his head up. He felt sleepy. But that wasn't the worst of it all, he couldn't move his body, his body felt hot, and every part of him had stiffened up and the least he could manage was to move his head that he had little control over. "Why are you here?" Even his voice wasn't audible enough"

Sometimes we are all deluded by one thing or the other, and a similar case is believing one knows every part and corners of their house, until they find a new stairway that leads to a basement they never knew they had. She should've suspected something was off, from the moment she accidently caught her dad secretly but momentarily meeting up with a blonde guy she had never seen before. "Mrs. Crawford?!" "Sheila?" Mrs. Crawford whispered back in surprise and she watched Sheila softly push the door halfway shut before rushing over to her and squatting at her feet."What are you doing here?... and- why are you tied up?" Sheila panicked as her eyes danced around the rope in disbelief. She got up and went behind the chair to undo the ropes."I could ask you the same thing, what are you doing here?" "Sheila, wait!"President Joe jumped off instantly and his hands went down to cover up between his legs as he moved to a safer end of the room. Sheila stared down at the bed and her brows squeezed up from the sting in her eyes, she tossed the scissors onto the ground and pulled off the jacket of her gown and covered up the girl on the bed. The tears in her eyes couldn't stop forming."Where are the keys?" Sheila sniffled back her tears and turned to her dad with a furious look "Tell me where the keys are."President Joe held down his head "They're in my jacket pocket." She glanced around for his jacket and saw it hung on the side, she rushed for it and shakily took out the key bunch. Heading back to the bed with a sniffle as she tried to figure which key was for which lock but her hazy mind didn't give her a chance. Mrs. Crawford went up to her and held her hands before letting out with concern."Let me."Sheila handed the keys over and stepped back with her shaky hands trying to hol

Zayn stood still and glared down at Miles while Will laid still as he couldn't get his mind off the sound he had clearly heard.The hell? Will thought with widened eyes. Will stared him in the eyes for the next few minutes, then their attention got drawn to the door that came open and let in a doctor with Sheila following behind. "I see you're up and obviously itching to go," the doctor said as he got closer to Will while pulling off his stethoscope. Jay stood up and moved aside to give him some space "How're are you feeling? Do you feel hot anywhere or in anyway irritated?"Will stayed frozen in his seat as they all waited for him to give a reply, the doctor glanced over at Jay and Sheila and they gave him a worried look. He gave them an understanding nod and his eyes went back to Will. He leaned closer with his hands rested on his knee and then he spoke in a softer tone."Excuse me for a minute," he said and reach out to get a read on Will's heartbeat but his hand weakly got pushed back as Will finally responded. His eyes searched the ground in a daze and he swallowed back."I need to see them." Will mumbled and shoved the doctor away as he got up.
