93. Outliers

Aster watched Marvin questioning the left guardian of the Outliers.

Apparently, there was a leader and two guardians- Left and Right, and ten heads.

It was a very complicated arrangement but they worked it.

The left guardian was a lady. She looked bloody. She had just fought with someone and the way she looked at them made Aster cringe.

This group bordered the normal people and the mafia. That meant they were in the presence of people who could be normal and mad at the same time.

Crazy, right?

"You are here to question us?"

She just asked.

"Yes," Marvin answered.

She just stared at them all.

"You have no right to threaten a common person."

She sneered.

"Common person? And how would you know that?"

"You didn't deny that you threatened the safety of my cousin?"

"Yes, why should I deny? Listen, we take orders and we complete them."

"And you attack my family then you have to be prepared for consequences."

She didn't look fazed.

"Mr. Albert Lexor, can this young gentleman represent you?"
