The next day, almost all the newspapers and media outlets focused on the Garcia family's situation. Melissa was taken in for questioning, and Sarah had fallen ill and was admitted to the hospital.

After breakfast, Elaine drove to the hospital. The private clinic was not very spacious, but it was luxuriously decorated. When a nurse saw Elaine approaching, she asked, "Excuse me, are you here for a medical appointment?"

Elaine scanned her surroundings and replied, "I'm here to visit a patient, Sarah."
