Chapter 27 Finding Mia

Asher paced around the mini office he had rented in town to carry out his business till he expands. The company he got the contract from were generous enough to let him have a month to himself and after that they began calling for update on the project he was handling. Focusing was hard so he couldn't do much, but he knew better than to let the offer slid through his hands again like the time Mia was sick.

"Mia. Mia. Mia. Where are you? Please baby come home to me.” He whispered.

Where has she been all this while? What has she been up to? He had put a call through to the private investigator his father had hired but he hadn't been able to find any clue that would lead to her.
