The Wolf Within!

Ethan's POV

I looked at the girl up closer.

Oh my goodness! Did I hurt her last night unknowingly? Did she fall into my trap and I took her inside my den? Why was she covered in so much blood?

I fell on the ground and held my head firmly with my two hands... Only, if only could I

remember what happened!

She was gravely injured and unconscious. I quickly carried her downstairs. Didn’t know why I took her to the attic.

Her body and clothes were soaked in mud and water. So,that was the mystery of all these mud stains,ha?

I put her on a pile of haystack and looked at her closely. She was lying unconscious, with her eyes closed,clothes fully drenched with mud and blood stains. She injured her head severely - blood was dripping down,staining her white pale face.

I quickly held her head and examined the wound. Washing it up with luke warm water, I put a bandage on it.

"What will we do with her,Fatso? She's completely soaked!"

I told Mr. Fatso after unveiling his cage. I,,, I didn’t want to be alone in that whole situation, okay?

Mr. Fatso stared at her and shrieked loudly, "Intruder!"

"Well,well, it was a bad idea to share my problems with you,right Fatso?" I pecked his beak a little bit,"Oh, that's what you were saying to me this morning! You must have seen her last night, right? When did I bring her home,Fatso? Was she still unconscious? "

I held Fatso's cage with my two hands excitedly as if demanding for an answer...

If only I could remember what happened!

Again I went near the girl's side,slowly, and looked at her unconscious face. It was as white as sheet. Her lips went all bluish and when I touched her face,it was as cold as ice!

I had to do something... I had to change her clothes, otherwise, she was gonna die for sure!

"What?"

I looked at Mr. Fatso. "I need to do this, okay? Otherwise she'll die!"

I raised her body slightly while talking to my stupid bird. "You look away the other side,will you?" I scolded him.

The girl's cold numb body touched my bare chest as I raised her slowly to remove her garments. I was holding my breathe as long as I could and tried my best not to look at her. I felt my heart was running faster than usual as I never encountered that type of situation before.

I quickly removed her t-shirt and threw it away,holding her closer to my chest,as it was the best position in which I would not be able to look at her figure by any mistake!

Both of our bare bodies touched with each other for a moment. It felt like high voltage of electricity was passing through my veins as it was my first time to touch a girl's body!

It was becoming harder for me to control my breathing and holding her properly as I could feel her with all of my five senses! It was completely new to me,a girl lying naked in my bedroom,overlapping with my bare chest...

I could smell a sweet fragrance coming out from her body as I was so near to her,both of my hands holding her bare shoulder.

I moved my hands slowly on her back and then quickly raised her lower part of the body to remove her skirt.

Suddenly, I froze at the spot for a moment as I could feel her lips touching my bare neck as if kissing it accidentally.

I quickly put her on the bed and threw a piece of clothing on her body.

"Phew!"

I wiped away the accumulated sweat on my forehead after completing the task.

"I - I had no choice, you saw that too,right?"

I said to Fatso while looking at her as I was feeling so embarrassed myself.

She was still lying there,unconscious and unbrothered as if nothing happened between us just a few moments ago....

Suddenly, I felt a strong urge of something,,, something I never felt before,,, as if my whole body was burning! I felt so hot that I went outside to have some fresh morning air.

"She's a girl!"

Holding my breathe, I said to myself. "You just touched a girl's body without her knowing!"

"Well, shake it off!" After a while, I was looking for a certain kind of herb that would help to cure the injury and I was thinking about a few moments ago. I could clearly see her creamy white delicate figure infront of me as the thoughts kept lingering. Her soft glowy skin,crazy fragrance, cold lips were dragging me strongly from inside though I tried hard not to think about it.

After a while,I went back with the herb to make a medicine with that and to change her poultice.

"Who are you?"

I was so surprised that I almost dropped the grinding stone when I heard her from behind. I looked back to see her, she was awake, trying to seat up.

My heart was thumping loudly as I went near her to change her bandage.

"Thanks for saving me!"

She whispered.

Wait,, I did save her,right? Otherwise she would not thank me like that...

And all those time, I was thinking like, I was the one who was responsible for her injury! Oh! What a relief!

I opened my mouth to say something...

I had a lot to ask her....

Who she was, what was she doing in the deep woods, how did she get injured, was I the one who actually saved her.....

All those thoughts kept jamming inside of my mind. I rushed out of the room.

If she knew that I saved her,then she definitely saw me last night.

How was I? Was I transforming infront of her or was I like a normal human being? The last one could not happen cause I would have the memory if I was still a human last night...

Then,did she saw me transforming in one point of her injury? Wasn’t she scared? How could she be so calm if she saw me as a beast....

I could think no more... But one thing for sure, from now on,she was my threat! She was a threat to my identity!

"Hello! Can you hear me!" My thoughts were interrupted as I heard her calling from inside."I need to call someone... "

No, That was not gonna happen! I could never let her call people if I wanted to survive! She could never call anyone or leave from here! No, I had to keep her captive, otherwise, the humans would come to know about my true identity!

Or, I had another choice and it sounded perfect without any disturbance....

"Kill her!"

The same voice that I heard this morning, cold and vicious,talked to me suddenly from inside of my brain as I kept thinking.

I was trembling with fear and anxiety as well as anger as I heard the voice again.

"Who are you?" I replied within my head,trying hard to communicate with whoever it was.

"I'm your inner wolf. At last you got me within you!"

I heard the most vicious chuckling voice, laughing throughout my whole existence!

My head was bursting with devastating pain as the voice spoke, as if my brain would tear apart! I felt a strong existence of something devilish lurking inside of me as if trying to come outside without any notice!

I was feeling so dizzy as I tried to control the irritating laughter allover my head.

"Stop it!" I shouted in my head. "I can't take it any longer!"

I ran towards the house,holding my head with my two hands.

Grasping the door carefully to prevent me from falling, I yelled at the girl loudly, "You can't go anywhere! Otherwise, I'm gonna kill you!"
