We WENT out to Hotel Alfonso that night, Maca and I were chatting together. We only go out together once in a while.

She was listening to my story with a smile about meeting my old friend and at the same time ex-boyfriend, Travis. Because she's naughty asking me about what happened at the Convention Ball.

"Oh, at least he's already moved on to you, right?" It was her reaction. "But how sad. If ever you and he meet early as before he met his fiancee, I think—"

"No." I immediately cut off what she had to say. "I make sure that there is no chance for us if that is your point, Macarena!"

He laughed out loud. "Why? Why not, Aurora?"

"Because I don't like or even love him that much. I just see him as my friend or maybe a brother,"

"Oh, okay. I understand. We will never push ourselves to love again one of our Exes."

"You are definitely right," I agree and nodded.

"Look, Aurora. I think I remember that guy," Maca is trying to get my attention that time.
