This was a moment I was dreading. All my insecurities about my age, looks, etc. came rushing back at me.

Would I become a bad memory of what you might wake up next to when you have too much to drink? I wondered whether I could sneak out now before she became completely conscious. Of course, it was too late for that. "Good morning!" she smiled. "Good morning." I replied, waiting to see what she would say next.

Rita stretched, yawned, and smiled. "I'm really glad to see you this morning. It was soooo nice waking up in your arms. Thanks for staying."

"My pleasure" I responded. "I'm starved." she said. "How about eggs for breakfast? Is scrambled ok?" "Fine." I said as she bounded out of bed, grabbed a robe from the closet and disappeared into the kitchen. My clothes, except for my shirt, were at the foot of the bed.

I dressed as quickly as I could and tried to make myself look at least presentable. It was a lost cause. I gave up and headed for the kitchen.
