Axe continued to cuss as they relentlessly attacked. From the specifications of the shot marks that didn't penetrate, I'm sure this car is bulletproof. Even so, we still had to be vigilant, Edward could have swerved because he was trying to dodge for the safety of the car tires.

"There is a forest around here, sir. You can take your lady there. I'll go fishing to attract their attention."

After a long silence Edward finally spoke up, the man still seemed to be focused on driving, although his eyes occasionally looked at the windshield that was directed at me and Axe.

"You want to drop us off at a time like this? Our position is very close to them."

"I'll speed up until we're far enough away, then I'll slow down. When the car is running slowly, sir and miss can jump out."

Axe seemed unaccepting of Edward's thoughts. Honestly, I also shuddered in horror at his words. Although I had acted recklessly a
