The Deal

I writhe in sleep as I feel the loss so close to my body, my eyes open to watch the skies of the VVIP room with a blank gaze overpowering.

It's quiet here, just me alone...

I remember before falling asleep earlier, there was still a warm embrace that was perfectly coiled. But now that the loss of that embrace creates an untouchable coldness, I feel empty and my feelings are irresistibly scratched with unwarranted anxiety. Maybe it's because I don't find Axe's presence here.

Don't ask me where he is, I don't know. His absence already proves that the sly man left by taking advantage of my short-lived sleeping state.

Axe's stubbornness had gone up a notch, to the point where all means were being used to accomplish his goals. I didn't know what Axe wanted to do out there, but my gut feeling was that he was going to do something bad.
