I'm serious

Lucas set Luna down as they arrived at an old barn they stumbled upon during the heavy rain. He looked up at the raindrops falling from the dark sky that now covered them.

Luna, on the other hand, glanced around the spacious yet aged barn. She noticed bundles of hay piled in corners and scattered in the center. Some areas were even flooded due to the fragile roof, but at least they didn't have to take shelter under a tree.

"Lucas," Luna said, tugging at the jacket he wore, finally capturing his attention.

"Is there any light here?" Luna asked, and Lucas scanned the barn with his gaze.

"I am scared," Luna continued, causing Lucas to reach out and gently stroke her cold cheek. He could see the fear in her eyes. As their previous conversation had revealed, Luna didn't like being in dark or confined spaces, possibly a form of phobia. Currently, they were illuminated only by the sporadic flashes of lightning, with no moon or stars to brighten their silent night.
