Chris checked the time and noticed that his meeting was about to start. He stopped teasing the blushing Kathryn and stood up. "Alright. Wait for me here, okay?"

"Mr. Huber wants me to go to Arctic Splendor this afternoon."

"This afternoon?" Chris raised his brows, realizing that he had an engagement scheduled for that afternoon.

"Yes. Mr. Huber wants me to go alone. He said someone would pick me up."

Chris didn't say anything. He frowned, contemplating Kathryn's words about Lewis arranging transportation for her. He had forgotten that she still had Lewis to rely on.
