Susan handed Benjamin another glass of water with her bleeding hand when Benjamin finished vomiting.

"Come on, rinse your mouth." She sounded obedient and restrained.

Benjamin lowered her head. He saw her bleeding palm right away and frowned.

Susan immediately shoved the glass of water to him as she noticed Benjamin's gaze. She then hid her bleeding palm behind her and said with a resentful voice, "I-I'm fine."

Anyone would've felt pity for her.

After all, Susan looked fragile at the moment. There was an obvious intention to please him as she was behaving cautiously.

She was very aware that it fully depended on Benjamin whether she could stay at the Winchesters or not.

Harlet was able to save her from jail. Yet, he actually had no power in the family at all.

Emma was old. Nobody knew how long she was able to live.

Even though Arthur was defending her as well, his health was getting worse. He might pass away at any time.

Benjamin, on the other hand, used to be close to her. He
