Chapter 1009

Kathryn had no idea how she had come out of Krista's villa.

Her tense body instantly relaxed the moment she received Tally's phone call. She cried like a baby on the phone.

Tally's heart missed a beat as she heard Kathryn cry. "Where are you?"

"I just came out from Krista's place."

"Come to my apartment now, okay?"

"Okay."

Tally didn't intend to meet Kathryn in a couple of days. Yet, she had no other choice as Kathryn was crying like that.

Kathryn arrived at Tally's place half an hour later with a tear-streaked face. Tally embraced her in her arms.

"Alright. It's not a big deal. It's not worth it for you to cry like this."

"She's going too far!" Kathryn burst into tears.

"She's not a nice person. It's normal for her to go too far." Tally reassured her by patting her back with her hand.

Kathryn was sniffling.

Tally hobbled as she led Kathryn toward the couch. It was then that Kathryn realized that something was wrong with her walking posture.

"What's wrong with your leg?"
