As soon as I was done talking with my cousin, I dialed the Alpha Tech Customer Care Hotline next. I wanted to ask for an update regarding Alex's repair. At the same time, I was also hoping to talk to the management and see if there was anything I could do to expedite the process. However, my request to speak to a supervisor was denied by the agent that happened to receive my call. Nonetheless, I am satisfied with their customer service so there was nothing I could complain about.
When I heard the familiar voice of the man from the tech team, I tried my best to speak as sweetly as I can.
