Chapter 28

Eleanor

I woke up from a very bad nightmare. I rolled on my bed from left to right. Perhaps because of the nightmare I had, I was being delusional. The bed seemed harder and larger than mine but I was probably just wondering.

The sun started peeking over the houses through the window and highlighted the beauty of the room. This wasn't my bed, nor was it my room. Several servants were working outside, their boots hitting the strong wood of the house.

The door was opened and I saw Mr Harrison with a bunch of servants. They all gathered around him. After a minute, they started heading towards me as a group.

I yawned openly. Amongst the group of servants were Helena and Susan. They looked worried and rushed to me first. " My lady, are you okay? Are you wounded?" Helena asked.

" I'm fine. Perfectly fine. What's the occasion? Why am I here? Did something happen to me again?" I inquired.

" No," Susan burst, " you looked pale yesterday but you seem fine. What would you like for breakfast? Th
