Katrina’s POV

“Don’t listen to her Davos that is because she is a fucking liar!” Steven spat, the blood on his lip and beneath his nose drying up as he began to heal because of his werewolf powers.

“Oh wow, you are even repeating it,” Davos chuckled, sucking in a breath through his teeth as he clenched them tightly in an attempt to contain the rage that vibrated off his form.

“Come here Katrina,” Steven muttered and to the surprise of everyone advanced toward me.

I watched him approach, my whole body going rigid and unable to move as I suddenly felt paralyzed, images of him pushing me to the bed, climbing on top of me and grabbing me by the neck all came back as if repeating itself.

Unluckily for me, where I was crouched after my panic attack had subsided was close to him more than anyone. Everything in me urged me to scream or run but my body couldn't put the signals my brain was sending to motion.

“Do not come an inch closer to her you bastard,” Arianna warned and to my surprise ru

Katrina’s POVI followed Davos into his room and I got seated on the mattress. He moved around for a while before he came back with a cold bottle of water, “here.”Smiling at him, I took the plastic bottle that was handed to me, the coolness meeting the insides of my palm, passing a calming effect that I had no idea I needed. He sat beside me on the bed, his weight causing the mattress to dip, and for my body to slide downward to meet his. He opened his left arm and I wrapped my hands around his waist, my head resting on his chest.I could hear the sound of his heartbeat in my ears, noting it pick up at my closeness before it chose a steady pace. I exhaled a deep breath as I got comfortable and at peace with each passing second. We sat in silence like that for heaven knows how long. The noise of the clock ticking the only sound filling the room space, our breathes mixing together. The madness of earlier replayed in my mind and it all seemed like a dream. I would have thought it was if

Katrina’s POVThree days had passed swiftly and the castle was a bit quieter than usual. Despite the silence in the air, rumors still flied around about the event which had occurred about the King and subordinates fighting themselves because of a strange woman. It didn't surprise me at the narration hence I had experienced rumors being about me on a regular basis at Shaun’s pack. I had come to understand that rumors change from one person to the other. How this person hears it is not how it would be told to the next person. The narration was always different as little things were added to make it sound exciting and capture the attention of the listener.Which is why when even the maids ar the pack house began to look at me differently and murmuring to themselves whenever I walked past them, I didn't bother to call them out on their behavior.Instead it was Maddy and the others who defended me or said something whenever the situation arose. I on the other hand didn't have any energy to

Katrina’s POVSteven was banished that day to the shock of everyone. When Davos had said to me the evening of his madness that he was going to do it, I thought he was playing tricks.Even when the day was upon us, I thought it was just some scene and situation planned out to be some sort of punishment where he’d be humiliated and pardoned after.I think I wasn’t the only one who took it as a joke, they might have had different notions or presumptions about what was happening compared to mine, nonetheless it was certain I wasn't the only one who took it as a joke. The shock on everyone’s faces proved that and there was nothing they could do or say as he was banished. After that a hint of sadness reigned in the whole kingdom.Steven regardless of his troublesome personality was a goofy fellow who mostly got along with everyone. Even Davos felt his absence and though he tried to hide it, I saw through him.Mathew on the other hand was acting non-chalant and it was hard to read his mood,

Katrina’s POV I pulled the door ajar and came face to face with the handsome man I was slowly falling in love with, a fact I couldn't deny no matter how I tried to do so.He was dressed in a V-necked ash shirt made of shiny material that blended with the black, well-ieoned slacks he had on. His was simply combed backwards with some stray short strands hanging on the side of his face.I beamed and wiggled my brows at him in admiration, my eyes done taking in his outfit that made him appear classy and as well not so overdressed for a lunch date. The times we had spent together, I had gotten to know more and more about him and one of those things was that he had an amazing fashion sense.“I know I saw you earlier,” Davos smirked as he tugged me in toward his chest, arms secured on my waist as he stared at my face, affection and another emotion I wasn't ready to conclude as love yet. “But did I tell you looked beautiful?”“Yes darling, you did,” I declared with a huge smile of appreciatio

Katrina’s POVEven when the waiter brought our meal, I was still in shock. Also I couldn't conceal it as my gaze which was skeptical remained on him as I wondered in my head how he had the audacity to say such out of the blue.I wouldn't lie, it made me feel hot all over and he didn't care to deny it or call it a mistake. If not for anything, the suggestive glances he kept sending my way proved he was anything but serious. My plate was consisting of tacos and of course served with wine. Honestly I had no idea what it was when I ordered it, nonetheless it looked and smelled delicious and I think I made the right choice.Davos on the other hand had ordered barbecued fish and sides. I at least knew what it was hence we’ve had meat, chicken, and fish barbecue about 3 times at the castle, Mathew was always in charge of grilling and marinating which was probably the whole work while Valencia and Arianna prepared the sides while I only did the salad. It turned out to be a nice bonding time f

Katrina’s POV I made sure he didn't miss eating me out as he wanted, his tongue lapping at my juices while he held my hands in place above my head as I spread my legs wide for him, his head hurried in between my thighs. He made sure I had reached my peak twice, my orgasm rocking through me. He didn't hesitate to suck me dry while he drilled me with his fingers until I was a panthing and moaning mess.If I thought he’d stop there, I was in for a shocker when I felt him enter me, my body buckling at the intrusion and a strangled moan leaving my lips.As he’d always done, he fucked me all through the night, taking his time to explore and discover more sweet spots in my body while I submitted myself totally to his lustful movements.I enjoyed every moment as he didn't fail to give me pleasure as he took from me. Our screams and grunts filling the room, the sound of our bodies meeting in a sensual dance and the sweat dripping down our skin the only thing I could focus on for hours.Somewh

Katrina’s POVIt was a Tuesday and gradually the pack and especially the castle inhabitants were starting to shake off the event of Steven’s madness. Even his absence was slowly becoming filled up as the jobs he handled was divided among Arianna, Mathew and Davos. They didn't show it, however everyone knew it was an extra duty for each of them and would mess up their schedule a bit. Davos had done that the previous day being Monday.I wasn't told directly, nonetheless I heard it during talks with Arianna and Valenci, Arianna sighing while Valencia mumbling how it’d make Mathew return home to her and her son later than usual. When Davos had turned in for the night, I had suggested to him to appoint someone else to take on Steven’s task. He was skeptical about it but later revealed to him he had an idea about it earlier in the day.I asked him why he didn't act on it and his response was that it would take time. Steven wasn't just one of his workers but also a friend whom he loved and a

Katrina’s POVIt was no longer a secret I was Davos play thing and woman. Everyone had known at that point, partly because the thing with Steven had blown things out of proportion and the fact I always had his scent on me due to our constant hanging around with each other and sharing a bed together. As for the scent part, it wasn't my doing or the fact I knew his scent, however it was something Valencia had told me about when I asked her one time at the mall after the receptionist bowed to me respectfully. The expression on my face musf have shown it because Valencia chuckled and that made the young man to mirror the frown on my facial features before she later explained to me what had occurred and why.We returned home and narrated the story to Arianna who winked at me and said the words, “You can't hide the truth.”Even then, she was saying it to somebody on the phone as I waltzed into her office. Her brows lifted a bit in surprise at the sight of me and a smile appeared on her lips

Katrina’s POVAs we gathered around the frayed scroll, its mysterious lettering flashing in the faint torchlight, the atmosphere was heavy with suspense. Every time my heart beat, it served as a harsh reminder of how much depended on us. We had arrived to the deserted Lycan ruins, a location lost to time, thanks to the mystery. I felt the old carvings under my fingertips as I moved them over the stone walls. Relics from the past. Back when werewolves and lycans weren't adversaries. When they were one, that is. Shaun was standing next to me, looking over the ruins with amber eyes. "This place gives me a bad feeling." Mira let out a loud sigh. "Whether you like it or not, this is where the puzzle took us. Here is the solution. I looked to a big archway at the far end of the room and nodded. Beyond it, the blackness went on forever. I got a weird feeling that we were closer than ever before, like a weight pressing down on my chest. "We move together," I murmured while holding onto m

Katrina's POVThe air shifted around me, thick like a heavy mist, pulling me under. My body no longer felt like my own. The world faded, the ground dissolving beneath me until I was floating in an endless void. I wasn’t sure how I got here—one moment, I had been gripping the scroll the temple guardian had given me, reading its cryptic words, and the next, everything had gone dark. I took a slow breath, steadying my nerves. This was part of the trial. I had known there would be one. The moment I touched the scroll, I felt something pull at me, dragging me into a place beyond the physical world. But I hadn’t expected it to feel so... real. A soft whisper echoed through the void, a voice both foreign and familiar. "You're not prepared." I spun, searching for the source, but there was only darkness. Then, out of nowhere, a figure stepped forward. My breath caught. It was me. Or rather, it was a version of me—one twisted, darker. Her eyes blazed an unnatural red, her lips twisted

  • Bound to the Alpha’s will   Chapter 161: The Ancients' Sacred Blade

Katrina's POV The icy frost seeped into my bones as the wind howled across the rocky summits. As we ascended more into the mountains, I felt the weight of our mission bearing down on me with each step. The faces of the slain flashed before my eyes, and the remains of the previous fight still troubled me. There was no time to mourn, but we had just about made it out alive. Shaun walked purposefully in front of me, his golden eyes searching the way. The cold air made Mira's breath haze as she walked next to me. We all remained silent. All we could hear were the distant howling of wolves borne by the wind and the crunch of snow under our feet. The temple was near. I sensed it. Legends about a secret temple tucked away in these mountains, unaffected by time or conflict, have persisted for ages. An ancient order of werewolves, warriors pledged to defend a holy weapon—the sole sword that might finally put an end to The Crimson Alpha—were supposed to guard it. However, getting there woul

  • Bound to the Alpha’s will   Chapter 160: The True Origin Of TheCrimson Alpha

Katrina’s POV The world continued to rotate. For a minute, I believed I had lost everything as darkness engulfed me. As I pushed myself to walk, I gasped for air in ragged breaths. The air was still heavy enough to choke on with the stench of decaying dead and burning flesh. They had lost the fight. We had had to back off, almost making it out alive. We had been teasing the Crimson Alpha. Now that much was obvious. Beside me, Shaun moaned and clutched his side, his fingers dripping blood. Mira was so tired that her body was shaking and her face looked pallid. We weren't dead, but we were shattered and bruised. Something has to count for that. I took a deep breath and looked around the remains of the former enemy stronghold. It had long ago been wrecked by the battle, and all that was left was eerie quiet and crumbling stone. It was our lone haven of safety and a place to rest before confronting the next nightmare. I had just risen to my feet when I became aware of the wall marks

Katrina's POVThe air was still pulsing with the black energy, dense and oppressive. My limbs shook as I forced myself to get up, my body hurting from the blow. I could still hear the Crimson Alpha's low, mocking voice. "Do you really believe that this will be that simple?" I pumped oxygen into my lungs by clenching my fists. Around me, the battlefield was in flames. It was a sickening, suffocating smell of death, fire, and blood. The zombies weren't stopping, which was the worst part. The enchantment that held them together would not allow them to rest, and they continued to rise. It wasn't normal. False. Shaun landed next to me, gasping for air. His golden eyes were searching the battlefield in despair, his mouth clamped hard. He snarled, "We need to figure out how to stop this." Mira just avoided a zombie warrior's sword before skidding to a halt beside us. "He's getting stronger—that blast." He is consuming them. off their demises. My eyes returned to The Crimson Alpha. Katrina’s POVMy bones were cold by the laughter. That voice seemed familiar to me. Heavy, ancient and wrong. The Alpha Crimson. As his enormous figure rose out of the smoke, the flickering firelight created unsettling shadows. His presence was oppressive, and his crimson eyes burned. Mira's face was pallid when she stumbled next to me. "No." Shaun gripped his sword tighter. "He ought not to be present." However, he was. And he wasn't by himself. The earth trembled. Dark energy surged across the air, frigid and inhuman. As the battleground evolved, the wind howled. The first hand then exploded from the earth. decaying. Clawed. alive. I became cold. An additional hand. A corpse emerging from the ground. Then another. And yet another. Until the dead crowded the battlefield. We had lost our fighters. Those who had given their lives for us. Katrina’s POVSharp, constant pain throbbed in my ribs, but I made myself sit up. With bodies moving, weapons clashing, and the smell of blood heavy in the air, the battlefield remained a blur. Katrina's POVThere was chaos on the battlefield. The air was filled with the sound of warriors shouting, bones shattering, and metal clashing. The smell of blood permeated the moist ground under our boots. Everything was going too quickly. I was standing in front of The Crimson Alpha one moment. The next, we were surrounded by war. My troops and his collided. From the woods came the Shadow Cult, their swords harsh and keen, their cloaks moving like liquid shadows. And among it all—Lycans, untamed and unmanageable, destroying everything in their path. Beside me, Shaun was engaged in combat, slaying warriors as they surged at him with his sword, which flashed in the moonlight. Like a ghost, Mira maneuvered between adversaries, striking in unexpected places. Then there was me. I had changed. I felt it in each motion and blow. My strength was unparalleled, and my body was quicker. I was able to sense everything, even the changes in the wind, the movement of the trees, and the blo
