Author's POV

"Daddyyyyyyy"

"Daddy, woke up"

Little Nathan jumped on Demon's belly and kissed his face.

Demon made an annoying face in sleep.

Nathan giggled loudly watching his daddy's annoying face.

"Daddy, woke up" Nathan said and shook him again.

Demon wrapped his arms around his baby boy and starts tickling him.

"D...Daddy stop please" Nathan said while laughing loudly.

Hearing this sweet laugh, Demon opened his eyes and looked at his prince.

Nathan smiled when his father opened his eyes finally.

"Good morning, my love" Demon said and kissed his cheeks softly.

"Daddy stop, your beard is tickling me" Nathan said and tried to push his face away.

"It is your punishment for making me woke up" Demon said playfully and rubbed his face more on his soft skin.

Nathan laughed feeling you tickling again.

Demon stopped and kissed his face with love.

"Daddy get up. Granny is calling you for breakfast" Nathan said and starts pulling him.

"Okay my love. You go and tell your granny daddy is coming" Demon said and sat up.

"Okay daddy" Nathan said and ran out.

Demon smiled at his son's innocent nature and get down from bed. He entered his closest and took his clothes then entered the washroom.

After taking a warm bath, Demon came out and dressed up in his office suit.

Taking his office bag, Demon left his room and went towards the dining table.

"Good morning dad. Good morning mom" Demon greeted his parents.

"Good morning son" His parents greeted him back.

Nathan was sitting on his grandfather's lap. His grandmother was feeding him.

Demon smiled at his family and starts sipping his favourite black coffee.

Mrs. Knight poke her husband and signal him towards Demon.

Mr. Knight looked at his wife and shooked his head as no but when Mrs. Knight glared at him, he looked away.

Nathan giggled watching his grandfather's scared face.

Hearing his giggling sound, Demon looked at him.

"What happened love?" Demon asked him.

"Nothing baby. Just your dad wants to tell you something" Mrs. Knight said and Mr. Knight looked at his wife being shocked.

"Yes dad" Demon said and looked at him.

"What do you think of my assistant, Demon?" Mr. Knight asked him.

Demon looked at his dad and spoke up in his business tone," I don't have time to look at the person who is out of my company"

"What do you mean?" Mrs. Knight asked her son.

"I have fired her mom" Demon said and put a little piece of apple in Nathan's mouth.

"What? Why?" Mr and Mrs. Knight both asked.

"Because I hired her for my company but she started putting her nose on other place and I don't like it. Today, a new assistant will join you dad" Demon said and made Nathan drank water.

Hearing him, Mr. and Mrs. Knight both sighed deeply.

"Demon, don't you think Nathan needs a mot.....

"No mom. He doesn't needs the thing. I am enough for him" Demon cut his mother and stood up.

"Nathan, get up baby. Today dad will drop you at school" Demon said and Nathan got excited. He rised his little hands towards him.

Demon picked him up and went from there.

"Will he ever move on from his past?" Mrs. Knight whispered looking at Demon's receding figure.

"He will. Don't cry love" Mr. Knight tried to clam his wife.

"It has been four years Aaron since, our son has lost his smile, his happiness. And, I am not only thinking about him only. Nathan also needs a mother. You don't know but I saw the loneliness on his face. I saw his sad expression whenever he saw his friends mother. He face always fell down whenever he saw his classmates mothers waiting outside for their children. He also wants his mommy wait outside for him. Although he never said because he is too smart than his age boy. Do you know Nathan asked me few weeks ago what is unwanted kid, because his friends often called him by the name" Mrs. Knight said.

Hearing this Aaron fist his hand in anger.

"Who was the boy? Who dare to hurt my grandson? Who was he, Caroline?" Aaron asked his wife angrily.

"Talk with Demon Aaron. Demon not only destroying his life but also Aaron's too" Saying this Mrs. Knight stood up and left from there.

Mr. Knight kept sitting there. He looked at his wife's receding figure and closed his eyes.

Somewhere he is also responsible for this condition. When Demon introduced the actress to them his wife was against their relationship. Because she always felt something off in Katrina ( Demon's ex-wife). But that time it was he who convince her to accept their relationship for their son's happiness.

That time he didn't know Katrina will broke their happy family. He didn't know she will abandoned his son and grandson only for her acting career.

He didn't know anything.

At School

"Be a good boy in class little man. Your grandmother will pick you up on time. And don't come out when your school will finished. Wait for your granny. Okay love?" Demon asked his boy.

"Okay daddy" Nathan said softly.

Demon smiled and kissed his forehead lovely.

Nathan waved his hand at his daddy and entered the .

Demon smiled and got in his car.

After making sure Nathan went inside, Demon started his car towards his office.

After half an hour, Demon stopped his car in front of Knight Corporation. Two guards ran towards the car and opened the door for him.

Demon got down and looked at his company which was screaming with power and luxury.

Demon gave a proud look at his company and went inside.

All stuff stood up watching their cold hearted boss and greeted him fearfully.

Demon just nodded at them and entered his cabin.

Demon's PA took the schedule list and some important files then entered his cabin fearfully like he was going inside the lion den.
