MONTANA'S POV

I quickly looked up and shifted back, "Who are you?", I asked, still not able to see the person, since the person was not making him or herself visible.

I was also not sure if that voice belonged to a male or a female.

"That should be the least of your worries now", the person said.

But from more talking, I realized the person was a female.

I tried again to use my powers, grunting loudly as nothing was working.

"You see those black things around your wrist, where the chains are put into?", the person asked me, "Those black things are to stop you from being able to use your powers. So no matter how much you try, your powers are as good as useless to you."

Even after what she had said, I still decided to use my energy to pull and break the chains. All to no avail.

"Why am I here?", I asked, "What do you want from me? What are you?"
