CHAPTER 114

KHLOE POV.

THE Evening was far from perfect.

If there was anything she could use to describe the way she was feeling, it would literally be one of the worst days of her life and she wouldn't be exaggerating about it as she could literally feel her heart almost popping out of her chest with every step she took.

Khloe walked through the hallway – It wasn't in its usual bubbling and lively and for a minute she wondered why it was this way and where everyone was.

She could hear chattering from each door but all through her stay in the house she had hardly seen the hallway to be that way, that dry and isolated.

She would have blamed the weather if it was still snowing but of recent it had stopped to snow and the evenings just like this was once cold had started becoming warmer

The hallway was mostly empty as she walked toward her room, she would be sleeping alone as her roommate had prior told her she would be staying at Edmund's room.
