With every step that I took, Liana's scent kept drawing me closer and closer toward her and anytime that I felt like she was near, her scent would slowly disperse and it was starting to seem like we were getting deeper and deeper into the forest.

I would never be faint and I would never weaken! I would make sure that I find Liana and send her to a faraway place, a place where she would be free from all of these issues and a place where she wouldn't have to go through pain for the rest of her life.
