I licked my lips, silently daring him, and Alex wasted no time, because he was diving for my lips almost immediately, kissing me like a man who was starving, and I welcomed it like a woman who had just found water and had just seen a source of water.

The kiss was raw, devoid of any feeling, and only fueled by lust and passion. I raised my hands up, hooking them around his shoulder as he kissed me hungrily.

His mouth moved across mine with such urgency that it lit a fire in me, and for now, I didn’t seem to care.
