5. A deal with the devil

Vera's point of view:

I don't know why I feel that this man has tricked me into doing what I could never think of doing.

“Little bunny, I believe that you are clumsy but I never thought that you could be stupid. You didn't even read what you signed."

Yeah I know that I'm stupid but who told him that I'm clumsy. 'I'm not clumsy!' I protested in my head and frowned my face.

Now, what have I signed? I hope it is not something bigger than me. What if whatever that was written in that document is something I can't do.

“Mr Green eyes… what's written in the document?" I asked and nervously bit my lower lips.

“Take, read it yourself and remember. There's no going back. You have already signed it yourself and it's a sealed document," he said and handed the paper to me.

I collected it from him, took a deep breath before reading whatever that was written inside of the document.

“What!" I exclaimed in shock as I read through the words. What the fuck is this? It's stated here that I will extend our deal which was supposed to end in two months as I proposed to him to rather end in six months. I actually made a two month deal with him because I want to also go with a boyfriend to my sister's wedding which is coming up in two months but I don't think there's any need of going there talkmore of going with a boyfriend. I will only feel miserable if I go there. I think I will have to go against grandma's rule of every member of the family attending any family event.

How the heck can I spend six months with a playboy? I mean how can I spend six months with this hunky man, this man is so handsome to be resisted. I might fall in love with him and then my heart will be broken into pieces. A man like him will only make a lady cry and nothing else. Reading the next line, I was more than shocked. It states that I must be a full time girlfriend and give him sex whenever he needs it.

Sex! What the fuck! I'm still a virgin, I haven't done it before and I don't think I'm ready to do it. Even if I will do it, not with this playboy that will break my heart in the end. No, I'm not going to accept this, I'm ending this deal and that is final.

“Mr Green eyes, there's no way in this world that I will accept this. I made this deal, so I have the right to end it anytime I want," I retorted, not knowing where the sudden boldness came from. Well, what I read just now gave me the supposed boldness.

“Now this is the little bunny I want to see, bold and spunky." He drew out a smile that didn't reach his eyes. “You haven't finished reading the document yet. Complete it to see the punishment that you will face if you break whatever that is written inside that document after signing it."

What! Punishment? What kind of punishment? I quickly stare back at the paper as I read the so-called punishment. It states that I will spend five years in jail if I break this punishment. This is so ludicrous. Five years in jail? Like, what the fuck is that. I abruptly laugh out after reading the punishment.

“Little bunny, this is no joke….. you will definitely end up in jail if you don't abide by everything that was written in that document which you signed."

His voice was rigid and his face stern as ever. He's making sure to let me know that he meant every bit of his words. I gulped down in fear. What have I gotten myself into? Will I ever be out of this?

I can't believe that a deal I made will turn out to hunt me. For christ sake I made the deal and not him. Instead of me being the one to control the deal,he's now controlling the deal and also controlling me. I can't end the deal and he has even extended it and given me more conditions which I know that I can't keep but if I don't I will go to jail.

I can't afford to spend five years in jail. What will happen to my life and my future. And this man doesn't look like he's joking, he will definitely send me to jail if I don't abide by what was written in the document. How the fuck did he even get that document sealed with such content written in it.

“Little bunny," his voice sounded so sexy and yet deadly. “You should have thought twice before trying to make a deal with the devil. Once you make a deal with the devil, there's no going back."

His voice is so deep and husky. Is he referring to himself as a devil? I can't help but think that he's one. His presence alone is ready to make you tremble in fear. I still wonder where I got the courage to ask this man to be my boyfriend. I always saw him from a distance and the only day I was close to him was the day I asked him to be my boyfriend. I saw a surprised look that flickered in his eyes. I'm sure he was surprised that a girl like me wants to make a deal with him.

He knew how dangerous he was but my stupid self didn't find out. Though I felt a bit intimidated by his presence that day, I still waved it away and ignored it. Now I regret ignoring that sign, if only I'd listened to my fear and didn't suppress it…. I wouldn't be in this great trouble.

This is all my fault, I shouldn't have made a deal with a devil and right now there's no going back. I can't help but think that all these are my sister's fault. They are the ones that always bully me and made me take a hasty decision of making a deal with a man I know nothing about.

I only wanted the deal to last for two months and within those two months, we will not live together and we are only going to act as boyfriend and girlfriend twice. And that is during my grandma's birthday and my elder sister's wedding.

Now that my grandma's birthday is over and I don't feel like keeping up with the deal and want to end it, this strange man wouldn't let me… he made it more difficult for me by saying that I will go to jail. Even if I don't end up in jail, this man looks like someone that will end your life with the snap of his fingers. Oh! Goodness, what have I gotten myself into.

I shivered at his warm breath when he leaned so close to me and whispered into my ears. “Your duty as a full time girlfriend starts tonight, I want you to make me feel good. Don't try to run away little bunny because no matter where you run to, I will still find you."

Staring into his dark green eyes, I believed every bit of his words. This man will definitely find me no matter where I try to run to. A man that knows everything about me, where will I run to in this world that he won't find me. But I really need to do something, I need to find a way to save myself from this mess I got myself into. An idea came into my mind, I know that it's not so convincing but I needed to try.

“Mr Green eyes," I called.

“Dominic." He corrected me. “So funny. You don't know the name of your boyfriend."

I abruptly rolled my eyes, how would I know his name if he didn't tell me. I'm not like him who can find information about people without those people knowing about it. He already knows my name but he calls me little bunny, I won't stop calling him Mr Green eyes either. Why is he even calling me little bunny, I don't look little or look anything like a bunny!

“Little bunny, do you want to say something?" He asked. I was lost in my thoughts, not knowing that I wanted to say something to him.

“Well…. I… can't stay in your house. I might lose my job if I don't return to…."

“You don't need to worry about your job little bunny because you won't work again," he cuts in.

“What?"

“Yes, you will stop your work. I can't let my girlfriend work for money. I will take care of your needs so you don't have any reason to worry. Just worry about how to be a good girlfriend that satisfies her boyfriend." He has a naughty smile on his lips. I couldn't help but swallow nothing.
